I have a copy of "Big Island Revealed" in the room but strongly recommend going to your library or purchasing a copy for your stay. It is very comprehensive and let's you know the inside secrets of the island.

Absolutely outstanding & experienced host; very organized with rapid and friendly communication. But you won't need to communicate much because everything is already set up for you from the get go. The instructions are clear for everything, the property is labeled quite well and things are just taken care of. The location is stellar, it's very convenient to everything via walking and cuts down significantly on driving. There are many appliances in the condo as well, I used the kettle and blender daily. I will be returning to Kona to train again and I don't see any reason to even bother looking at other places - this one's got it all!
