This is the add on pontoon for the listing “Norris Lake Water Haven.” Boat rented nightly like the cabin. Use at own risk.

NOTICES -
1. TN LAW - anyone born after January 1, 1989, must pass a boater safety course & carry a boater education card.

2. A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED. Instructions for providing these documents are available in the “check in” directions.

3. BOAT MUST BE BACK AT FLOATING HOUSE BY DARK.

The space
This is our personal pontoon boat. It is equipped with life jackets for a casual cruise on the lake. Renter assumes any/all risk and liability.

Other things to note
Our boat must be back at our floating cabin by dark. Our neighbors do monitor this and keep us informed.

Please observe quiet time from 10pm - 8am. Trust us when we tell you that if there is a noise issue, ALL of our neighbors will tell us about it.
