The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

The space
The treehouse has a studio style main floor with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, small electric skillet and Keurig coffee pot; Full Bathroom and queen size bed, there is also a loft with a queen size bed. Guests have the option of a family style country breakfast typically served at 8am or can be provided with country eggs and homemade sourdough bread to cook their own breakfast included with your stay. Your choice will be requested at the time of your reservation.

Guest access
Guests have full access to our farm which encompasses 70 acres for hiking and trail rides. A gas grill is available for guests to use along with an outdoor wood fire pit or a gas for pit on our cover patio. We are centrally located 1 hour from Nashville and Chattanooga in Viola Valley TN. Area attractions include Cumberland Caverns, The Caverns, five plus State Parks and recreational areas for hiking, kayaking, fishing, swimming etc within 30 minutes. We offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides, pasture rides and guided trail rides. Kayak and Tubing is referred to Madd Muskey for you local river adventures.

Other things to note
NOTE: we did not allow children under 12 to utilize the hot tub. Horseback riding activities should be scheduled when booking your stay to insure an available time slot. All horseback riding activities are an additional fee. Please note our barn is closed on Monday and Wednesday for riding..
