The space
Requires going up/down stairs to enter/leave house. The floor is SOLID, but UNEVEN in places. Not ideal for persons who are handicapped. There is a step-up/down in Kitchen, hallway, and master bedroom. It's in a historically designated section of Rome. The house was built in 1910. Once you're at the house you really do not need your car at all as there are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, bars, parks, bike paths, and recreation within a few minutes walk.

Music loving outdoorsy type. I also love watching football and eating at new restaurants. I have travelled to a good portion of the United States, and been to Europe a couple times. I really want to visit S. America one day. I have a friendly rescue cat named Roscoe.
