Our building has undergone extensive renovations. We aim to offer modern amenities while providing the warm atmosphere of a home.
The comfort and tranquility of our guests is of upmost importance and we have quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. If you are not able to follow this house rule, please abstain from booking.

Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and balcony with lake view.
Bedroom 2: double bed, own bathroom with shower but not en-suite, and balcony with lake view.
Bedroom 3: double bed with patio view, en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is open plan and is connected to the living areas. There is a 6-seater dining table, a lounge area and an office space.

The municipal parking lot is a block away from our building. The bus terminal is a 3 minute walk.

Other things to note
For your comfort and that of others, no parties allowed. Equally, no loud noise permitted after 10pm.

Casa Dodo Guatapé is located right where the Guatapé Waterfront starts as you enter the village. We are a block away from the main square and 3 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The building faces the lake and the craft stalls. On the ground floor, you will find Koi, an Asian restaurant. Guests receive 10% discount on food items.
On the adjacent street that leads to the main square, you will find a grocery store, a health food store, a pharmacy, a coffee shop and craft shops.
To us, the location is perfect, away from the late-night activities of the main square but close enough to enjoy it should you wish to.
