Frostwood 1 your brand new home away from home, purpose built for the mountains to ensure your warmth, yet designed to accommodate a gathering of friends or family in a luxurious well appointed mountain style retreat. Situated in a quiet cul-de- sac which backs onto bush reserve looking over lake Jindabyne and the dam wall.
Close proximity to Perisher and Thredbo Ski resorts, world class mountain bike trails, great trout fishing, water skiing on the lake and so much more!

Our property has been purposefully built to be the perfect holiday hangout.

Frostwood 2 is designed to accommodate:
- Large family groups (2 families of 5)
- Small athlete groups (actually we have 2 places and can accommodate 20 people in total comfort)
- 5 couples

From the moment you open the door you can relax!

Touch screen pin coded large pivot front doors, so you never loose your keys. With a nice easy flat entrance, making dragging luggage a breeze.

Large entertainers kitchen with quality Bosch appliances, stone bench tops and a huge island bench. All the necessaries - dishwasher, pod coffee machine. microwave and lots of crockery so your not washing up every 5 mins.

Large covered deck with bifold windows opening from kitchen to deck looking over mountain reserve (hot tip sunsets) This is where you will find your Family webber BBQ and out door seating area.

2 large living areas with 65cm smart TV's with subscription to NETFLIX & Disney+ ( kids can hang downstairs, adults can relax upstairs) Unlimited NBN wifi throughout - can access internet via 2 smart TV's if you forget your device. Premium Bose speakers from which you can bluetooth your playlist directly from your phone.

Ducted aircon/heating through out with touch pad controls, slab heating across the entire bottom level and in all bathrooms so your feet stay warm.

Drying room - don't worry you will never have cold wet ski boots again!!!!

Large storage room - GOT bikes x 10, got kayaks, got ski's & boards- don't worry we have enough room to store the lot.

Modern lighting with dimmable zones to enhance the ambience.

Large laundry with 7.5kg washing machine, dryer, indoor washing line and slab heating so your washing dry's.

3 toilets, 2 bathrooms all equipped with rain showers, slab heating, quality toiletries and a hair dryer.

Quality linen and towels provided with lots of cosy throws to snuggle under.

Starter pack - dish cloths, tea towels, dish washer powder, bin liners, dish washing liquid, coffee pods, tea bags, foil, glad wrap, salt pepper etc and washing powder.

Large fenced backyard so you can bring your pooch along. ( we can accommodate small and no shedding breeds only, please place a request on booking, additional charge for your pooch- 1 dog max) Walk/ride out the back gate, you will find multiple trails accessing reserve - watch out for the family of emu's !!!

2 undercover car spaces, 2 off road cars spaces and located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking.
