The space
Near San Pedrito and Cerritos, (4.2 miles to Cerritos beach) the property is well positioned for all levels of surfers and beach goers. After a day at the beach or exploring nearby Todos Santos relax in the solar heated saltwater pool and hot tub, enjoy fresh fruit from the garden, a game of horse shoes and there is plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge on. This fully furnished home offers AC and heating, internet with 15 MB up and down, shuffleboard, board games, a modern professional kitchen, two high-quality BBQ's, two living rooms (one outdoor and one indoor), Netflix and iHeart radio, a separate laundry room and much more.
