Just ask!!!

The space
This Room is in the clubhouse of a Campground/RV Park setting on 15 acres to explore. This room is great for enjoying a beautiful campground setting and outdoors while having a comfy room that opens to a private, fenced in outdoor patio/grill/nature area. This room is comfy and cozy, best suited for two. The bed is a full size and the room has a cot and blow up mattress for extra guests. The private patio for this room is very relaxing. Enjoy your firepit and provided charcoal grill for cooking out. Feel free to invite your local friends or rent out other rooms for your own little cookout/gathering in this patio area. See other Airbnb listings in the campground. Cooking utensils provided, charcoal and firewood are extra charges.

Restrooms are shared with other guests in the clubhouse. So typically if the cabin and loft apartment are rented, the restrooms will be shared with these guests. Local TV and netflix provided in room. Coin operated laundry facilities provided in the clubhouse. Free coffee. This is a great space for your furry friend. Please note: Maximum of one pet allowed in the room. Pets must enter and exit through private patio area and stay in room, off beds, and never left unattended in room. Pets are not allowed in the shared clubhouse area, only the private areas (room and private patio), dog park and park grounds on a leash.

PLEASE NOTE: Shared Clubhouse kitchen does not currently have a stove. It has a microwave, small vending, dishwasher, toaster oven and keurig coffee. If you want to cook, it would have to be in BBQ grill or over open fire.

Where you’ll be

Dolores, Colorado, United States

This a very quiet relaxing setting with a great view of sunsets and sunrises on the Ute Mountains. It is 2 miles west of Dolores and about 6 or 7 miles East of Cortez, along state highway 145 that goes to Telluride ( a very scenic drive highly recommended). The campground is in a rural area 2 miles from Dolores and 8 miles to Cortez. We are off 145 highway, easy access and somewhat remote at the same time. Awesome outdoor adventure minutes around the corner (Dolores River, Mcphee Reservoir, Mesa Verde National Park, bike trails, hiking trails, river walks, ancient ruins, etc. Moab is only 2 hours and Telluride is 60 miles. There are some great food choices and breweries in Dolores under 2 miles away.

I'd rather die chasing a dream than have no dreams at all! I believe that life is about tickets for the rides, never losing site of the journey. I believe that we were meant to explore the outdoors and have the freedom to do so. I love Colorado and spent every summer here as a child. My dream was to always have a campground/RV Park/Cabin in the mountains, so people could explore the beauty and adventure around them. I finally have that and want to share it with you!
