About this listing
Azulejo apartment is located in a 19th century traditional Porto building that has just been totally renovated (June 2014). Respecting its architectural past, the apartment keeps the flair of an historical house having, at the same time, all the modern comforts and facilities. It is styled with a selection of portuguese objects and materials… in fact, the name was motivated by the typical portuguese ceramic tiles that decorates the wall – “azulejo".
The apartment is perfect to experience Porto's everyday life and everything you need is within walking distance – and that's exactly what we love about it! It is located on a pedestrianized street with daytime cafés and gourmet/bio stores so, even being right near the city center, it is located in a quiet place. Facing a centenary public garden, the balcony is the perfect place to peacefully enjoy your breakfast or an evening drink and watch the life flow. Just sit and relax!
