You'll love our big apartment in one of London's trendiest and best-connected spots: King's Cross.
It's our home when we're not travelling, but you won't find any of our junk lying around: all the closet and drawer space is yours. It's got the cleanliness and sparseness of a hotel room, with the convenience, space and cosiness of a home.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
You will be renting out the entire apartment - you won't be sharing with anyone.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a large open-plan living room, a kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
It can easily accommodate three adults: two sharing the double bed, and one on the futon in the living room.
There's a super-fast fibre wifi internet connection for your unlimited use, but no TV.
And if you want to get some work done, there's an office nook in the living room with a massive desk and comfy leather swivel chair.
The apartment is on the third floor of a purpose-built, low-rise (four floors) block - and there's an elevator if you need it! It isn't the most beautiful building from the outside, but the inside is homely, nicely decorated, clean and tidy.
When it comes to location, you can't get any better.
You're within walking distance of Regent's Park, Camden, Islington and Primrose Hill. The bus stop around the corner has buses that will take you to places like Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly.
King's Cross St Pancras station is down the road (ten-minute walk), and from there you'll be able to get the Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District and Victoria line to practically anywhere in the city!
You're also a few minutes' walk from St Pancras International - meaning you can hop on the Eurostar to Paris and make it two holidays in one.
King's Cross itself has loads going for it too: heaps of independent and quirky bookshops, lots of lovely pubs and restaurants, and some great clubs too. We'll provide information about all our favourites when you arrive.
ABOUT EACH ROOM:
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, a kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc., as well as some yummy treats to get your trip off to a good start.
In the bathroom you'll find towels and soap.
The living room has a sofa (which turns into a bed), a comfy chair and coffee tables. There's also an office nook with a huge desk and comfy chair.
The bedroom has a closet, dresser and two bedside tables - heaps of storage space for all your stuff.
The view from the balcony isn't anything to get too excited about, but it's nice to have the extra space and easy access to fresh air!

I had a great experience at Mishs place! One word to describe my entire experience would be EASY. Starting with the location. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross station which is connected to most of the tube lines in London. So getting around was very easy! The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked - which made it very easy to just move in and get on with it. There was no worry about getting any supplies and even if there were things that I needed to pick up, all the major grocery stores were in walking distance. Communicating with Mish was very easy as well. She was responsive to any questions I had - even giving me plenty of suggestions for good restaurants/bars/things to check out and how to get a cheap cab ride! The building itself is very safe and all the neighbors were very quiet. I would highly recommend staying at Mishs place if you're looking for a hassle-free experience in a great apartment that is centrally located.
Oh Mish's place is excellent. I had my vacation with my boyfriend for a month at Mish's place and we both loved it. It is more like a home rather than a hotel or other accommodation. At the same time, she has lots of amenities such as several extra sheets, towels, duvet, cups, pots and pans etc. Moreover, her place has a very fast Internet service, an extremely comfortable mattress, very hot water and a very good heating system. As far as location-wise, it is conveniently located in the middle of London so you have easy access to everywhere else you would like to visit. Additionally, it is close to King's cross which services Eurostar (about 15 min walk). We took the Eurostar to Brussels from King's Cross and it was so convenient. And the area-wise, it is very close to Barnsbury, such a pretty area having lots cafes, pubs and restaurants. There are several decent supermarkets around Mish's place so if you stay here, you would never worry about food. Mish is such a nice person. We met her the day before (since we were in London) we checked in and we had little conversation and we really liked her. We did not have any problem while we were staying there so we didn't need to call her but I think that she will help you if you need her.
This is one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had. It's perfect for a couple or solo business traveler. It has everything you need, plus it's in a great location. It also has great places to eat and drink close by. The wifi was excellent and bed was comfortable. We will be staying here next time we come back to London.
I had a fantastic stay in Mish's flat. The building doesn't look like anything special from the outside (it's a three storey ex-council block and the flat has a barred gate), but I felt totally safe all the time, even coming back late at night.
Inside it's another world. The kitchen and bathroom are sparkling, every room is huge, and it was equipped with everything I needed, including a desk for working.
Mish wasn't around but she'd left a bottle of wine and a helpful guide to the local area, and her mother-in-law gave me the keys and showed me how everything worked.
The transport links really are great. I was attending a conference in the middle of town and I alternated between taking the bus from right outside and the train from Kings Cross - both took about 15 minutes.
Next time I'm in London I hope this flat is available again!
