Private room and potentially shared restroom. Our home wakes up early but you don’t have to!
-no laundry or kitchen use. In the kitchen you can use the refrigerator at designated space, microwave, coffee pot/French press, and refrigerator. Kitchen amenities as mentioned above used between the hours of 6am-10pm. Try to use moderately, do not overuse or burn/ruin items. The house is kept at 74 degrees.

I am always available via text or messaging. We have a busy lifestyle and like to get a gas their privacy.
Other things to note
The doors are two French doors and it does not lock. There is a smart lock on the front doors and good security with 3 security cameras outside.
