Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 2 guests, located at only 140 meters from the beach of Port de Sóller.

The space
The terrace of this beautiful apartment is the perfect place to spend a pleasant and calm time with your family. With a very summery touch and decorated with great pleasure, invites you to enjoy a while in the sun, an interesting reading and an exquisite breakfast or an appetizer under the hurdle before going inside to enjoy a good feast. However, the best thing is that you have the beach just a few minutes walk, so whenever you want enjoy having such a good day at the beach! There are direct neighbours since it is located in the town.

The house has two heights of spacious and very comfortable rooms. On the main floor they have a large living room, -with a sofa, television and air conditioning-, open to the dining area and the kitchen, -equipped with induction hob-. Going up a spiral staircase, you gain access to the upper floor. There are two dormitories with double beds and air conditioning. Moreover, one of them has space for a crib and a high chair, a dressing room and a balcony. Regarding the bathrooms, there are two in the house, one downstairs with a shower and the other is upstairs with a bathtub. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. Keep in mind that to access to house there are some stairs that go up from the street. These stairs have direct access to the living-room.

Port de Sóller is a natural port, situated in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with a very special charm. It is ideal for lovers of nature, the mountains, the green and also the beach, as it is only 140 meters away. It is also the perfect village if you like bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours by the sea, as they can eat while watching the boats. And in Sóller you can take the historic train and go to Palma de Mallorca, a wonderful trip passing green valleys, mountains and picturesque villages.
