  • Minela was a really nice host - she met us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us valuable tips about the city.

The apartment itself is clean and cozy, and has everything you need during the stay and even a bit extra (home-made limoncello was tasty!). We came with a small baby, so the hosts provided us with a baby crib, that was much appreciated.

The apartment is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the Old City, which is good for Dubrovnik. Price/quality was excellent.

  • Minela was a wonderful host! She picked us up from the airport and welcomed us with homemade muffins! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed...about a 15 minute walk to old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

  • Oh, how we loved this apartment! Minela is one of the best hosts we've ever had through Airbnb. She baked us muffins, gave us homemade jam, and left three bottles of her mother's homemade liqueur for us. Could it get any better? Well, yes! She gave us great restaurant recommendations, clear directions, a map of the city, and even provides a protected parking spot. She was even willing to take us to the bus station the morning of our departure. The apartment is quite spacious for two people and has a well-stocked, roomy kitchen. If you like to cook when traveling, this is a great option. All in all... highly recommended! You've got the Airbnb Trifecta here: wonderful host, awesome location, and nice living space.

  • The apartment looks just as promised: tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It's situated between the bus station and the old city and as such a great starting point for walking anywhere in and around Dubrovnik.

Minela kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station, communication by mail and text messages was uncomplicated, fast and reliable.

  • Minela was very accommodating and helpful, providing us a map and recommendations. The apartment was very clean and cosy, and about a 10 minute walk from old town. Would definitely recommend this place!

  • This flat was the best of all the airbnb experience. The flat is very clean and cozy just like the picture. It was also warm enough, even without the duvet that Minela prepared for us. The location was really close to old-town (10 min by walk) and great grocery and supermarket. Above all, Minela and Milos was the best people I've ever met through airbnb. They were really nice and responsive people. Very recommended!

  • Minela was great! She waited for my mom and I at the bus station when we arrived and took us to her apt :) She was nice to explain everything. Her father came by to check the door and hot water when it was causing a bit of trouble for us
We had a pleasant stay and we would def return!

  • The apartment is absolutely lovely! It is very clean and has an amazingly well stocked kitchen, a nicely sized living room and a bedroom with a king size bed and lots of storage. Nothing was overlooked; there was even a collapsible drying rack for our clothes. Milela had obviously thought of everything. The old city was within walking distance and there were small stores within a short walking distance as well so buying groceries was no problem. But the best part was Minela. She met us at the apartment and she showed us around and gave us a map and directions of the main sites in Dubrovnik. We were absolutely exhausted though as we had just driven all day from Venice in the pouring rain. Our driver had planned go on to Albania that night but because he was very tired and because of the weather,we suggested that he stay the night because the apartment could sleep four. It was only later that we realized that there was an extra charge for each additional person but Minela showed a lot of class by not mentioning this to me at the time. When I called her about it later (so that we could square up with her) she said that she saw that we were all very tired when we arrived and didn't want to say anything. She also handled other things that happened during our stay with grace and dignity. Thank you Milela. We highly recommend staying at this apartment. You will not be disappointed!

  • Perfect experience, could not recommend more!

Hosts were in regular contact before my stay, extremely informative and helpful and did all possible to help me have an easy and enjoyable holiday.

Minela very kindly picked me up from the bus station on arrival in Dubrovnik and drove me to the apartment and gave useful info on travel to and from the airport.

The apartment itself was clean, tidy, well-sized, comfortable and welcoming. Had no problems at all. In a great location a short walk from the Old Town and nearby by to several grocery shops.

After arriving at the apartment Minela very helpfully provided me with useful maps, including suggestions for a variety of places to eat, details of local activities and all the information I could need. She was also easily contactable during my stay, friendly and accomodating (even apologising for not being able to drive me back to the bus station because her car was in the shop!).

Could not recommend more, a wonderful experience.

  • A very perfect stay on our first trip to Croatia. Minela was so hospitable and got her dad to pick us up from the airport and dropping us at the main bus station after the stay. She gave us few tips on eating and visiting in the old town which was fabulous. The room was clean and perfect for the 3 of us.

About
Hi, we are a couple in our 30's and would be more than happy to have you as guests in one of our apartments and to show you around magnificent town of Dubrovnik. Minela is a professor of history currently working in multiplex of cinemas and Miloš works in software development. We both have lots of interests - Miloš is an amateur photographer, making 360 degree panoramas and Minela is lately working on phd thesis about women monasteries. We like meeting new people, exchange stories, listening to music, cooking and exploring new cuisines and recipes. We are big foodie people so we can recommend you some great restaurants in the area. We both like to travel and have at least dozen places on our "wishlist" so we always treat our guests as we want our hosts to treat us. Hope you will book one of our apartments and that we'll have a chance to welcome you in our hometown.
