  • This is indeed a cosy apartment, very conviniently equipped and clean. It is located only a 15 minutes walk from the center and has a couple of shops close by. There is traffic in front of the window but one can still sleep with the windows open (which isn't even necessary as there is an excellent AC).
We enjoyed our stay very much as Minela was a very friendly and helpful host who took great care of us. It is highly recommended to not trust any navigation system guiding you to the apartment but take Minela's detailed route information instead!
We were travelling with our 10 months old and Minela had prepared a really nice bed for him without us asking and even had some stuffed animals ready for him. Other sweet gestures was the delicious home made jam and some local liquor specialties which we enjoyed very much.
Thank you and hope to see you again in beautiful (!) Dubrovnik.

  • This place was ideal for seeing dubrovnik. It is only an easy 10 minute walk to the old town and has a supermarket 1 minute away. The apartment was big and had everything u need to cook and wash clothes. The host was awesome and picked us up from the harbor and organized our trip to the airport. 10 out of 10

  • My boyfriend and I chose to end our Slovenia/Croatia trip in Dubrovnik and it did not disappoint! We spent 3 days here and absolutely loved Minela's apartment. There is a ton of space and a great view of the water. The location really worked out because it's between the old town (where everyone wants to go) and the harbor/bus station (where everyone arrives). Minela has a very impressive map and print-out of her favorite restarants. It's worth it to go a bit out of the old town for dinner! There were some delicous treats (mostly for adults :) ) in the fridge and seriously anything that you could want in terms of toiletries and laundry supplies. Indoor and outdoor drying options for laundry, too. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful town!

  • This was the perfect apartment for our two night stay in Dubrovnik. A comfortable 15 minute walk to both the 'old town' to the east and the Lapad district to the west, we found everything with thanks to Minela's directions and a handy map/guide she left with us.
Minela met us on arrival to help us park - and finding off street parking like this we realised was a blessing in a city with such crowded roads. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you need. Minela was only too happy to help and give advice on where to go and what to do - we were especially grateful for the restaurant tips and found some real gems. Would recommended this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Dubrovnik!

  • Minela was great. She picked us up and dropped us off at the main bus station for our arrival and departure, and provided us with some delicious home made jam and liqueurs. The flat was very spacious and had everything we needed.

  • The best thing about this apartment by far was its lovely and very helpful host, Minela. She was very responsive via email in the lead up to our stay and she recommended not only some very good places to eat in the old town and new town, but also some very good things to do while we were staying in Dubrovnik. Thank you for that Minela - I coudn't have asked for a better host for my first stay through airbnb! In terms of the apartment itself, it looks like the pictures and it was spotless! It had everything we needed and more! The location of the apartment was great. It was in a quiet area, 10/15 minutes walk away from the old town. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Dubrovnik!

  • Beautiful views from the lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. A up/down hill 20 minute walk to the old town centre of Dubrovnik and an uphill walk back. Parking was important to us and it was a specific space across the road. Minela was brilliant with her suggestions and directions prior to our arrival. We were met by her father Izet who is a gem and whilst he understood English well, was hesitant in speaking it. However, he managed to show us everything in the apartment and tell us how things worked. We appreciated the extras like oil, salt, washing powder, etc and even more the home made wines and jam left for our use. We took up Izet's suggestion to go to a Bosnian restaurant where he worked for dinner - Taj Mahal - not only did he look after us well but the Bosnian food was even better than what we had in Mostar and Sarajevo. We thoroughly enjoyed Dubrovnik. We got to meet Minela on our last day and she was most informative and interesting, plus she gave us suggestions for our onward journey to Montenegro. Thank you Minela and Izet.

  • Loved this lovely flat. Perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing break. The hosts are perfect and attentive. We were picked up at the airport and given an invaluable drive around the town. Any questions about what to do and tips for what to do in certain weathers and days were given. The flat had everything we needed and near to practically everything. 10 to 20 min walk to practically the whole city. Highly recommended!

  • Minela was a really nice host - she met us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us valuable tips about the city.

The apartment itself is clean and cozy, and has everything you need during the stay and even a bit extra (home-made limoncello was tasty!). We came with a small baby, so the hosts provided us with a baby crib, that was much appreciated.

The apartment is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the Old City, which is good for Dubrovnik. Price/quality was excellent.

About
Hi, we are a couple in our 30's and would be more than happy to have you as guests in one of our apartments and to show you around magnificent town of Dubrovnik. Minela is a professor of history currently working in multiplex of cinemas and Miloš works in software development. We both have lots of interests - Miloš is an amateur photographer, making 360 degree panoramas and Minela is lately working on phd thesis about women monasteries. We like meeting new people, exchange stories, listening to music, cooking and exploring new cuisines and recipes. We are big foodie people so we can recommend you some great restaurants in the area. We both like to travel and have at least dozen places on our "wishlist" so we always treat our guests as we want our hosts to treat us. Hope you will book one of our apartments and that we'll have a chance to welcome you in our hometown.
