I have a 2BR/1BA secluded in-law suite on the second story of my house w/ new finishes, furniture, and good vibes. This unique place has a private exterior stair access in the back yard through a large side gate.

A few items included are:
1. About 1 mi from beach - directly down street
2. Separate laundry access
3. Large gas BBQ w/ outdoor table set
4. Have fire pit and seating
5. Plenty of indoor seating and sleeping space
6. TVs and cable w/ 300mb internet
7. Work station in room

The space
Newly renovated in-law suite, new furniture, close to water, but far enough away to relax (if desired). I’ve added an interior, lockable stair entry at common area for laundry access. Bikes and surfboard ready for use. I live below (separate private entry), you’ll hardly see me around if you see me at all, so consider the in-law suite and yard as your private space. There’s even an exterior blu-tooth Sharkk speaker at full access under the livingroom for use, just make sure it's back in the drawer after using. YOU take precedence on the yard/deck...always. Just let me know plans for coordination...I’ll ensure it’s ready for you.

I’m very laid back, not worried about what you do, and all about vacationers enjoying themselves. Just keep the people at 4 max (2 more for $100/pesron/day), communicate, and don’t ruin the finishes...and all is great. If you have any questions about where to go, what to do, etc...I’m more than happy to help.

There are exterior cameras ONLY to ensure security for all. There are NO cameras inside the Airbnb space. I’m not concerned about what goes on in this space, just want users to feel comfortable and enjoy the full affect of VB!

In a nutshell, it’s quiet, safe, and friendly.

You’ll be close to the beach for bike, drive, walk, but far enough away to relax in silence. It’s 1 mi away (+/-) from bars, restaurants, museums, water, unique shops, I-264 entrance, golf, groceries, etc. Oceana and Dam Neck are also within a few miles.

I'm a 32 y/o, single, professional in the engineering/building construction management industry that move to VB from San Diego 6 years ago June 1st. I recently bought my this 1st house, which is much bigger than I need for myself, so I figured I'd open up my 2br/1ba separate in-law suite. I want others to experience why I decided to stay here after coming here for a 4 month work stint. There is no better place than VB in the summer! Everything you need for a great experience is closeby.

I'm enthusiastic, hard working, and fun. I want this place to reflect that to users. I'm open to any situation or arrangement that makes sense to both sides in order to help ensure users have their ideal Oceanfront experience. As you'll find out by renting this space, I'm very sociable, pretty well-connected/informed locally, and love meeting new people. I'm able to give solid suggestions/recommendations on whatever it is you're looking to do on your trip.

Lastly...I'm a person that wants vacationers to leave their worries and stresses at home, and let loose/have a blast in VB. I'm not in your business or wondering what you're doing in my property...I just ask for users to be respectful to the house and be up front with your plans. If you look at the many reviews I've already had, they all allude to me working with you (the vacationer). If you sign up 6 people, and someone wants to join last minute, let me know. If you want to have a get together in the back yard over 10 people in the day, let me know ahead of time. Due to strict VB law, no parties or get togethers after 8pm. you can have your group enjoy the deck with BBQ and Fire Pit, but just need to be consistent with your reservation. If you have any request for additional accomodations... just let me know. You'll see...I'm very fair and easy to work with.
