Want to mingle with some great locals? We are the right place for you. Our home is a 4 bedroom house to the west of Nairobi occupied by young internationals and the cutest 4 yr old. Our neighborhood has easy access to lots of recreational activities.
We have an extra guest room downstairs with it's own shower & toilet that we would love to have you fill. We are surrounded by lots of great recreational things to do - coffee houses, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, the best brewery in town, clubs, local flee markets, gymns and spas - to name a few, all within an easy 15min walk, or 5min car ride. And if you feel like venturing into the city, we are easily accessible by public transportation and only a 20min ride to the Central Business District. We have 24 hour cabs standing by if you may require their services. Our neighbourhood is a middle income estate with 24 hour security guards.
Our balcony overlooks the National rugby playing field, meaning you get to watch rugby games for free :-)
Just to make your stay even more special, we welcome you to our kitchen, invite you to all our meals, do your laundry and will be your tour guide if you like (when our schedules allow off course), give you access to our wifi, plus provide clean towels and sheets, all at no extra charge.
So what are you waiting for? Book now. We can't wait to meet you!

Accueil très chaleureux et logement apportant tout le confort nécessaire. Maison très bien située, dans une impasse calme et un quartier sympa et facile d'accès. Je recommande pour des séjours de vacances ou professionnels.
Nice room in a gated community (Masai Court). If you decide to stay here, be sure to get the wifi password from Irene before you go on vacation.
We only stayed for 2 nights at Abagi's and Rachel's place, but we enjoyed this short stay very much. Rachel was always helpful, organised taxi services for us and gave tips where to go.
Abagi is friendly and wonderful hostess, we will soon be joining her again when in Nairobi. The place is very clean especially the bathroom. We got a lot of information about Kenya and places to visit from them, also they arranged for all our transportation to and from the airport which was a great help.
Glad I chose to stay with Rachel, Oliver, and their darling daughter at Harlequin Court. They're gracious hosts and lovely people to be around. The house is welcoming and spacious, and there's plenty of common space for socializing. The location was ideal for me as well: on the edge of Kilimani and within walking distance to necessities and amenities, including the upscale Junction Mall (which has a Nakumat and Art Cafe). Would definitely recommend to newcomers in Nairobi and visitors alike.
Abagi's family were great hosts. Rachel sent taxi to meet me, which helped as my bus was several hours late (side note: Horizon Coach Services is terrible and unreliable). Location was convenient, room was as advertised. Definitely recommended! Thank you.
Abagi's place is amazing! Centrally located for easy access to town, it was a great place to live for a few months. Also, Abagi made every effort to make me feel welcome in Kenya. She introduced me to her friends, invited me to events in Nairobi, and gave me advice when I traveled in East Africa. Highly recommend her place for people spending time in Nairobi.

I was born and raised in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, went to college in the US, now working and living in Uganda. I'm passionate about renewable energy and sustainable development, but secretly obsessed with fabrics, art and design. To that end, I ran a small clothing boutique that I hope will one day pay for all the travel I intend to do around the world. I love the outdoors, the smell of rain, contact sports and lazy Sunday afternoons. Everyday is a chance to write a new story to the endless chapters of my life. I hope you will add to them :-)
