Great budget accom in the heart of Kilkenny. Clean room, friendly host, good shower...perfect for wedding accommodation
Really nice stay above the pub. The city centre was really nearby and parking was no problem at all. A very nice place to stay when visiting Kilkenny!
Een mooie kamer op een mooie locatie. Alles was schoon, netjes en goed verzorgd. De ligging is erg gunstig om Kelkenny te verkennen. Een aanrader.
We had a great time in Kilkenny. The room was clean and confortable with a private bathroom and there is a kitchen. The room was very well located. We visited Kilkenny by walk.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was cute, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Best of all, Eamonn was very friendly and runs a great pub.
The room was in a great location and was very clean. It was very easy to find as it's above O'Gormans pub. This meant there was always someone available at the property if we needed anything. It wasn't loud there even though we stayed over a weekend, which might be a concern for people staying over a pub. There is also a little kitchen there which was a pleasant surprise.

About the Host, Eamonn
My Name is Eamonn I am a grandson of the late Mrs O ‘Gorman who owned and ran the pub which is known as Kilkenny House O'Gorman's the pub was originally bought by my great great grandparents Daniel and Rose. making me the fifth generation to run the establishment. We have Recently renovated the living accommodation over the pub to en suite private rooms for rental consisting
of 3 double rooms 1 twin room and 1 single room.
O’ Gormans style as a “local” is what makes it unique, and the pub takes its style from its customers. It’s a noted venue for pre- and post hurling match “get togethers”, being so close to Nowlan Park and the train station.
