The space
The Cabin offers sweeping views of 4 states from its massive wrap around deck, set in the peaceful and picturesque countryside. With 300 acres and plenty of living space to enjoy, this vacation rental is ideal for family gatherings and special events. Can sleep 24 people in the cabin and now features a BRAND NEW HOT TUB!!

Guests are welcomed to this lovely cabin, a charming log home, as they enter the bright, spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and lots of comfortable seating. The dining room offers seating for 6, a sunroom offers additional dining space, and the kitchen features stainless appliances and bar seating for 4. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a king bedroom + a pack n play, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed. On the loft level there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two singles and a pack n play. The home also offers a game room with additional living space, a flat screen TV, a foosball table, and a kid’s play area. On the lower level there are additional bedrooms including a king room, two queen rooms, one queen room with 2 single bunk beds, and an additional bedroom with a queen, 2 single bunk beds, and a pack n play.

Outside, guests will enjoy soaring views of 4 states that you can see is Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and 300 acres to explore. The wrap around deck offers grilling options (the green egg or a Blackstone provided) as well as seating. There is a fire pit with plenty of wood for guests to enjoy. Guests with children will appreciate the newly added kid’s playhouse as well as the 2 mile walking look through the woods.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

Couple Notes:
1. While at the cabin you may experience some bugs (Flys, stinkbugs etc.) Just want to make you aware that we do get bugs inside the basement. We regularly spray for such bugs but they may find their way inside.

2. During winter months it can snow and ice, so 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended.

3. While guests have access to the entire cabin and 300 acres, part of the storage shed will be locked, but the other half has games for use.

4. Parties and events are strictly not allowed!!

5. NO Fireworks! This can scare the local farmers cows very badly.
