This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in Ha'iku Hill, an upscale Agricultural Subdivision. A peaceful and safe neighborhood with 2+ acre lots on Maui's panoramic Northshore. The home is designed in a modern island style with high end appliances and was newly furnished in 2013. Nice art work and decoration gives this home a comfortable and relaxing feeling.
The home sits on the high end of the sloped property and overlooks the tropical orchard. When in season enjoy all the delicious fruits: Passionfruit, Banana, Papaya, Mango, Starfruit, Lychee, Longon, Figs, Tangerines, Oranges, Grapefruit, Tahition Pomelon, Citruses and Avocado, all organic. Stroll through a tunnel of the most beautiful varieties of Heliconias and smell the sweet fragrance of the Plumeria.
Guest have access to the entire home and laundry facility in the Garage. The plantation is open for guests picking their fruits (seasonal)
Interaction with Guests
Property Management is available 24/7 for any concerns or maintenance issues. Concierge service is available as well by phone or a public office in Paia town.
For dining try the Haiku Marketplace, offering a variety of restaurants, grocery store, hardware and souvenir store and is just only a couple of driving minutes away.
Famous surf and windsurfing Ho’okipa Beach Park is only 6 minutes drive, great place for sunsets.. Mamas Fish House, the best seafood restaurant on the island just 7 minutes away and in 12 minutes you are in Paia town with gourmet restaurants and boutiques.
In two minutes you are on Hana Highway, take a day and explore the beautiful ride to Hana with it's scenic views, pools and waterfalls..
Maui has very limited public bus service. The next bus station is about one mile away. A rental car is highly recommended.

Maximum occupancy is 6 including children 2 years and older (Maui County Code)
Rates include taxes (13.42%)
We have a 5 night minimum stay and during Christmas Season 14 nights.
The use of the home and property is for registered guests only. This is a legal and licensed vacation rental and County rules will apply in regards to occupancy and some other restrictions.
Parking is only allowed on the property, guests can not be accommodated.
This is a non-smoking property.
