Awesome place in a great location. Right next to the beach and was conveniently located next to great restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay again.
Jones was a wonderful host! Very flexible in terms of checkin time and helpful when we needed to find parking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and right next to the beach!
Comfortable apartment in a great location! Thank you for your stay!
We stayed over new years 4 nights at Jones place. We really enjoyed to be there. It's closed to the beach... :)
Everything was clean and we felt welcomed. I would suggest to my friends to go there again.
Nice place. Perfect location. Did not get the chance to meet jones but he left perfect instructions and was very reactive and helpful. No problem for parking. Beach across the street. We will come back!
The place was not what I expected. The bed was really uncomfortable. It was not convenient at all and it was v noisy. I really think it is over priced. Couldn't even watch TV or open a window. Would NOT recommend.
We had a great stay at Jones' studio. He was very fast with communication and gave us all the information we needed. Check in was easy and simple and the studio is in a great location. The studio was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Jones was flexible with check out time which was very helpful and much appreciated.
If you want a real Cali experience this is the place to be. My husband, younger brother, and I stayed at this lovely location. Jones's place is completely stocked with any of your needs. The house, bed &/or pull out sofa, bathroom, and kitchen were very clean. The location is to die for. Right across the street from the ocean for a quick dip, stroll along the shore, or just sitting and enjoying the wonders of the ocean. This place is also walking distance or a short car trip to several California attractions. Jones left us a set of instructions and extra keys which was great because we were three people. I thought parking would be complicated but its wasnt at all. The flower shop owner was very nice and we never got asked to move our car.
I think the pictures really dont do this place justice. It is roomy and Jones has got some great decor. I would recommend this to anyone and I plan on going again and again. Thank you Jones.
Excellent location, the place was very clean and according to the photos. It has parking problems but are minor and fixable with mr. the florist. Some problems with the sounds because this on an avenue. Some problems in the cupboard with ants.
Jones provided an excellent stay for my wife and in-laws for three nights. The studio had all the essential amenities for a true home feel: we cooked meals daily, had plenty of room for the four of us, and we enjoyed casual strolls in the neighborhood. Jones was available at any time, from the face-to-face meeting at check-in (something that has been lacking lately with my Airbnb stays), to emails. Best of all, Jones was extremely flexible and understanding with checking out. Overall, I was concerned for my in-laws, since they have never heard of Airbnb or its approach before, so I wasn't sure if they were sold on the idea of staying at a stranger's home rather than a hotel; by the end of our stay, they had thoroughly enjoyed their time at the studio.
