Have a great stay!
As described, located right next to the beach. Literally can't get closer. The parking is a little touchy at the flower shop, but we parked on Valentine's Day with only a little grumble.
I loved Jones' place! Was very convenient for me, as I was attending a conference nearby in Santa Monica. The location is great if you need to be on the highways quickly or just want to walk across the street to the beach.
It was my first experience using airbnb to stay somewhere and I was not disappointed. The studio was clean, tidy, and very cozy.
A great alternative to the very expensive hotels in the heart of Santa Monica. We were getting around by car, so had no problems there. The studio is large enough that we fit 4 people comfortably, as the bed and futon are in somewhat separate locations, so it didn't feel like we were crammed together. The instructions from Jones were very clear and everything went as expected.
Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Jones foi até o local para nos ajudar a abrir a porta porque a mesma era muito difícil de abrir. Prontamente nos respondeu quando nós precisamos. A casa acomodou confortavelmente 4 pessoas.
Jones was the perfect host. We found the place as shown in the pictures and the neighborhood matched our expectation.f The bright sunny beach right across the PCH was very convenient. The apartment was very spacious, clean with almost all the facilities a traveller would have needed. We werent able to find a comforter for the third guest but that could just be us.
John was a amazing hosting. The house is great, good enought for 2 people. I had a good time there. There's only one problem in the neighborhood. There isn't thing near to buy food. The nearest market is about 20 minutes walking.
The place was super clean and very nice. It was easy to pick up the keys and get inside - totally hassle-free. Perfect location if you own a car - the city is a little far (30 minutes commuting) and there are very few shops or restaurants in the nearby, but the beach is right there, and it's very convenient for starting on the coastal route to Big Sur.
