My guest room is located in my apartment on the 1st floor of a building typical of the XIXthe century Paris architecture called Haussman building.
Hope you feel like a friend at home.
Comfortable room with bathroom in an appartement of 95 square meters .The room is quiet since overlooking a courtyard and is equipped with :
- A double bed
- A single bed
- A wardrobe closet
- A desk with drawers
- A chair
- A table
If necessary a folding bed for a child up to 2/3 years can be provided.
Kettle and coffee machine are available in your room if you wish a coffee or tea at any time.
Your bathroom is large with bath, separate shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer are provided.
Sheets and blankets are also provided and there is Internet wifi available + TV and the room.
You will have access to the kitchen (fridge) and the dining room.
minimum stay 3 nights.
As of november 5th, breakfast with tea or coffe and croissants are served every morning before 9h30 in the dining room. If you prefer a bigger breakfast (eggs cheese ham ,juice) it will cost 5 more euros per person.

When you areable to mail me specific details of your place and time of arrival I send you detailed informations on how to come to my place.
And of course I remain at your disposal during your stay to help.
Bastille is a nice area with no security problem, animated, in the center of Paris with lots of cafes and restaurants (URL HIDDEN) is well served by public transport.
Our building is located in a quiet location, facing the Promenade Plantée (good for jogging) and near the Viaduct of Arts
The historic Marais district with the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou and the City Centre Hotel is close to walking.
On the other side of the Seine, you can also walk to the Ile St Louis, Notre Dame and the Sainte Chapelle.
You might also be going to the famous market of Aligre close and De Lyon railways station (see below) is at 10 minutes walk.
A Carrefour Market store is open next 6 days / 7 from 8:30 to 22h.
For those who would like to discover Paris by bicycle there is a Velib station just down the building.
If several bus lines and subway nearby.
The airports Charles de Gaulle or Orly are easy to access by bus or metro / train aswell as our 9 Parisian railway stations.
3 metro lines at Bastille (line 1 direct to the Louvre and the Champs Elysees, the 8 direct line to the Invalides, 5 direct line to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est).
8 bus lines including two direct to the Eiffel Tower.
The Gare de Lyon is a 10-minute walk ideal especially for trains on the south of France (Nice, Marseille and Montpellier for example) or to Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
From Auzterlitz railways station nearby you will goby train to visit the Chateau de Versailles.
