A charming house located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. The newly remodeled 1,100 square foot house offers a state-of-the-art kitchen, bamboo wood floors and a lush and sunny front and back yard.

The house is perfect for all types of travelers that are looking to experience Santa Barbara to the fullest. With State Street and dozens of restaurants, bars, wineries, theaters, shops and museums within 4 blocks, you won’t need a car to get a feel for the city.

The space
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and open style kitchen. One en suite bathroom with a shower, the other bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Other guests can use the comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa bed in the living room.

Guests will have access to the whole house, there is a standalone garage in the back that is used for storage (nobody lives there).

Entertainment: a 55” Samsung smart TV with rotating mount is in the living room above the fireplace, paired with a Vizio Bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer. 3 Google Wi-Fi routers are set up around the house which blanket the property with fast 300 mbps internet speeds.

A washer and dryer can be used free of charge, the machines are in the laundry room next to the kitchen.

The open style living room includes a comfy queen sleeper bed, a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and dining room perfect for home cooked or take out dinners.

The chef’s kitchen has a lineup of top of the line stainless-steel appliances – a 6 burner stove, a double oven with warming drawer, a 2-door refrigerator with lower freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A toaster, coffee maker and kettle are proudly provided as well.

The backyard is quiet and relaxing with palm trees and a myriad of colorful plants and flowers. A patio table is centrally located outside, perfect for meals or conversations.
