The VIP Lounge is a Olson Kundig-designed home. Steps from the Gorge Amphitheatre, it overlooks the Cave B vineyards & Columbia River. Our 1 bedroom home features a private patio and full kitchen. Walk to concerts, wine tasting, dinner, or the spa. Hike Frenchman Coulee, bike Ancient Lakes, or just relax and take in the view.

PLEASE NOTE: As of June '26, there is temporary fencing surrounding construction on the grounds adjacent to our development. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The space
Our fully-upgraded front row unit features all the comforts of home: full kitchen with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, two AC units, memory foam king bed, smart tv, black out shades, bluetooth-enabled stereo with record player, washer/dryer, yoga mats, covered patio with lounge chairs and an electric BBQ.

Cave B Estate Winery, SageCliffe Spa, Tendrils Restaurant and the Gorge Amphitheatre are all within walking distance. Explore miles and miles of hiking trails, cool off in Wanapum Lake, hike or climb at Frenchman Coulee, or simply enjoy the quiet serenity of the desert. Our tiny house offers something for everyone.

Featuring environmentally friendly, vegan, cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as tree free or recycled paper products.

Complimentary coffee, basic cooking necessities, and WiFi included.

Other things to note
Our fold-down couch is between twin and full size. Cozy for 2 adults - perfect for 2 kids. There is also a full-size, 4-inch memory foam floor mattress for those who need more space to spread out.

Animals *must* be disclosed and pre-approved. Please read the rules and contact us to let us know you read the rules. An extra cleaning fee is required.
Fee: $50 per stay.
All animals must:
-be disclosed and approved prior to your stay
-never be left unsupervised in the house
-not be allowed on any furniture
-remain on leash on the property

This is a new development in a desert environment. Landscaping is still in process and there are trip hazards due to unfinished pathways and lack of lighting. We also share this space with desert animals and a working winery. Please be careful and respectful of the space.
