We loved our stay at Esther’s apartment in Banyalbufar. We were welcomed by Miguel and he showed us the apartment and made us feel at home. From the location, proximity to delicious restaurants (1661 is a must!), breathtaking views, and charm this was an amazing place to spend a week. We enjoyed the Eres Negres Festival from the front doorstep listening to live music and drinking wine.
Esther provided us with great recommendations prior to our trip that was a big help.
Esther made us feel very welcome before we had even arrived. She answered any queries that we had and was generally very helpful.
The apartment is in a great location in the centre of the town. I couldn't fault it; it was clean, tidy and equipped with everything that we needed.
I would definitely advise renting a car if you want to explore the island, we were always able to find free parking in the town.
Esther gave us very clear advice on transport from airport and Miguel welcomes us at the bus stop. The flat is at great location and there's everything we need in the flat. We are happy that it's very clean and Miguel has been very helpful and kind to us. We had a great stay in Banyalbufar.
Esther was really lovely and gave us lots of tips of places to visit before we arrived. We were welcomed by her father who left us fresh fruit and wine for our stay - very tasty!
The apartment is as photographed and has everything you might need for during your stay. The area is stunning... although it's quite a trek to the pebble beach! It's a good base if you want to explore the villages of Deia, Valldemossa, and Andratx.
Our only issue were the beds that were similar to camp beds but otherwise we would recommend Esther's apartment if you are visiting the area.
We were wellcomed by Manuel, the father of Esther. He offered us oranges from his garden really nice ones!, and a bottle of wine. He gave us good advice about the area, e.g. hiking routes, and details about each of the restaurants of the town.
The town is very nice, and the flat is at the center of the town. I enjoyed very much sitting on the stairs that access to the flat, having a glass of wine at night. There is a small cove 15 mins walking from the flat where you can swim. The place has a very interesting landscape, with many terraces to use the very steep land.
