A custom home settled in a coveted quiet neighbourhood near the base of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Selkirk VR is a family operated vacation rental and one of the top authentic local accommodation options in Revelstoke. We look forward to sharing our knowledge and hospitality. The space
-One bedroom 520 sq/ft Suite with a Queen Bed and full kitchen (not recommended for 4 adults; Works well for a family or a couple).
-pullout Sectional (double bed) in the main living area.

-Air Conditioning System (Mitsubishi Mini Split Heat Pump)
-private bathroom and laundry.
- Hot Tub overlooking the River and Revelstoke Skyline; Our
family also periodically uses the spa which can be communicated.
-vaulted ceilings with room to lounge.

-Weber propane BBQ
-well equipped full kitchen with plenty of counter space and premium cookware.
-Floors are polished concrete with a Radiant in-floor heat heating system (3 thermostat zones); Independent heating and ventilation system (HRV).
- The bathroom is modern and functional featuring a glass shower and floating vanity.
-Microwave
- Full private laundry (gas dryer); all new appliances: Gas range, LG Fridge, Samsung Dishwasher and W/D, Quartz counter Island, new/ 2024 50” wall mount LED TV with NETFLIX, large passive European style windows with tilt-turn function.
-multiple boot dryers for winter months.

Constructed in 2019 this the Suite was designed for vacationing comfortably through all seasons. There is a digital key code on garage if you have bikes you want to secure during your stay.

Coffee and basic teas provided. French press and drip coffee setup.

NO SMOKING Permitted on the property inside or out please.

No Pets as we want to keep the property neutral for allergenic visitors.

The Selkirk Suite is a Licensed Short Term Rental built and operated in compliance with City and Provincial Regulations. Our Business is a member of the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce. BL #0004454

PST is the Provincial Service Tax and is charged on all Accommodation in the Province of BC @ 8%.
GST 5%
MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL DISTRICT TAX (MRDT 3%) is one of the charges you will see along with the Air BnB Service Charge.
This tax is collected for all types of accommodation in the Province of BC.
Allocation:
-Affordable housing. Currently the City of Revelstoke sits on over $500,000 from the Air B and B platforms’ MRDT remittance!
