This charming attic with brand new air conditioner is right in the heart of Madrid.
Very bright and well decorated appartment with WIFI, personal computer for the use of the guests, with lift to the door.
The flat has two bedrooms. The main one has a double bed and the small has two single beds. It has a cosy terrace ideal for breakfast in the morning. Fourth floor with lift.
The living room is very nice and big, modern and vintage mixed in the whole apartment.
There are maps and information about Madrid, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt and vinegar.
The kitchen has exposed wooden beamed ceilling. There is a new renovated bathroom. Towels and sheets will be provided.
Surrounded by small galleries. The apartment overlooks the Caixa Forum and Madrid's roofs. It is located in the neighborhood of the letters, in the museums area, next to Reina Sofía Museum, Prado Museum, Retiro park and Sol. In the area where our most important writers lived and wrote books such as El Quijote.The apartment is located in the best possible base to explore Madrid.
There is a direct bus 10 minutes walk far from/to the airport. The main train station in Madrid (Atocha Station) is just 10 minutes walk to go to Toledo, Segovia, Barcelona or Valencia. The apartment has very good public transport communication in case you want to leave the center, but almost anything interesting is within a walking distance from the apartment.
I speak English as I have lived in Edinburgh for 2 years and a half and in Providence (Rhode Island) while I worked at Brown University for 5 months. Besides, I can give you a lot of advices about what to visit to get to know the real Madrid.
