The upper main level offers an expansive vista of glinting ocean waves far out to the horizon. The Shearwaterhouse has everything in the right place, with a family-focused and well stocked kitchen that has all the gadgets and conveniences of home.
The kiddos can play on the deck without worry from mom and dad that they will fall down the stairs, because there are no stairs!

What a wonderful weekend! Despite the fact that we had very rainy and windy weather while we were at the coast, we still managed to have a great time at the house as it has everything you need to keep occupied during a storm!
Debi checked in to make sure we made it into the house without issue and even followed up the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and I will definitely recommend her home to others if ever asked for a recommendation on where to stay in Lincoln City.
Rich, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the weather, but glad you found the goodies in the house to play with. When it rains, we are so glad to have the gazebo over the hot tub - and have found that hot tubbing in the rain can be a lovely experience!
Home was nice, comfortable and well equiped. Beautiful ocean view. Pre-trip information from the owner was accurate and well done. No complaints at all - enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
Debi was very prompt with all communicaiton, checked in the day we arrived via email to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were settled.
The house was awesome. Of note was the well equiped kitchen. Our group barely went out. I've found kitchens lacking in other rental homes, but this kitchen had every pot, pan, gadget, knife you would need. We grilled (In Oct.!) and the views were unbeatable.
The hot tub was also a big hit!
Highly recommend Debi and this place.
The shearwaterhouse has an amazing view, great space, and very relaxing. We will surely be back again.
Great house, BEAUTIFUL deck, easy communication. Good attention to detail (example: the hot tub was warm when we got there - not always the case, some places you spend the whole time waiting for it to get warm). Easy walk to the beach (so long as you are okay climbing a big hill on the way home!). They went out of their way to share tips re: things to do as well, we went to the nearby secret beach at sunset and it was really lovely!
This house is perfect! We had a group of 8 and even on a rainy day when we were mainly indoors, it didn't feel crowded. Very spacious with all the things you could ask for- games, TV with lots of channels, movies, awesome hot tub and a short walk to the beach. Communication with Debi and Rob was quick and easy. We plan to come back next summer!
What a great house! We really enjoyed the view, the deck, the barbecue. One thing that we didn't realize was the garage was full of games! There was a dart board and a foosball table that we really got a lot of use out of.

Debi & Rob are a husband and wife team. We are retired and enjoy sharing our beach vacation homes. We love the beach, which Rob so aptly calls : "work with a view". We are involved with people in a fun way, helping to make dreams come true and assisting in creating happy memories for our guests. This is a fun time of our lives - we have 4 delightful grandchildren to spoil it's a pleasure to watch our own children as parents, too! .
