Great location. Very easy.
This is not the first time I've stayed at Mike's bed and breakfast. The place has even improved, and amenities have been added such as a Keurig coffee/tea machine. The neighborhood also has evolved very well, counting more resturants and shops than before. The only things that haven't changed are Mike's kindness and efficiency!
Our weekend in Philly was wonderful. The apartment was perfect, very clean and close to everything. Really beautiful neighborhood too. Michael was very detailed and easy to deal with. Even when we left a jacket at the apartment, he texted us to return to pick it up before we left town. Awesome experience overall and would recommend renting from Michael!
Great spot in an area that is in walking distance to everything. The parking spot was super helpful as well. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the back door open to throw the trash away so I ended up taking my trash with me. Overall a great stay with someone who communicates very efficiently.
Michael's place was lovely - very quiet, scrupulously clean, wonderfully comfortable, and thoughtfully accommodated. I was in Philadelphia for a conference and was able to walk to the convention center and catch cabs and take public transportation very easily. It was easy to walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping and enjoy Philadelphia, which is a fantastic city! Michael really takes care to make sure you have all the information you need to get to the apartment and enjoy your stay once you're there, including lists of restaurants, maps, books, extra toiletries, coffee. I never actually met Michael, but maybe I will still get a chance to since I hope I will get to stay with him again next time I am in Philadelphia.
Great location in a beautiful old Philly neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and the Metropolitan Bakery nearby, not to mention it's a short walk to Rittenhouse Square. The apartment is clean, all the details are covered. Michael provides all you'll need plus he has left tourist info. The only think we didn't like was the Keurig coffee maker. I couldn't get it to work, and all I wanted was a cup of tea. It also takes up most of the teeny counter space. But there are plenty of towels, bedding, etc. A good, affordable choice for this area of Philly.
Great location. Mike left us lots of helpful information. Charming apartment.
Very clean, cozy 1 BR in a great location. Mike was quick and helpful. In short we are very happy and would heartily recommend it to others.
What a wonderful location and cozy apartment! Right around the corner from incredible restaurants, bars, and Rittenhouse Square. Perfectly laid out, the apartment had everything you could need - very efficient and easy!
I rented Michael's apartment on the behalf of my parents, who were in town for a few days. It was perfect! Just the right size, very well-appointed, and in a great location. My parents weren't sure which they were more excited about -- the courtyard or the Keurig. They hope to return soon!
