If you’ve been to Manzanita then you already know all the reasons why you’d want to spend a few months here! The photos shown are how our previous tenant furnished the studio apt. We provide lovely furnishings if you don’t have your own. The studio has its own entry, large patio with hot tub, equipped kitchenette, adjacent alcove, and bathroom with small tub. VEGETARIAN COOKING ONLY. A friendly dog is also welcome at our rather amazing 2-acre magical Neahkahnie Mtn retreat with fab ocean view.

Our Sea, Sit, Stay! property is remarkably secluded on 2 acres looking out towards the Pacific. It's spread out over 4 stories and built into the side of Neahkahnie Mtn (trailhead 200 yds away). Your apartment suite is on its own floor with a private entrance and patio sited on the same property as our multi-level house.

Where I went to school: Went to several, graduated none :-)
I grew up on Long Island, spent most of my career in DC (I know, tragic) and moved to Portland in the 90's. I began there as an Airbnb host @2013 and moved to the Oregon Coast several years later, where I had not one but TWO Airbnbs on my astonishing property here on Neahkahnie Mtn. Two was one too many! The cabin is now my sole concern, leaving me more time to garden, hike, and enjoy my friends' dogs as I recover from the loss of my boy, Milo.
