Bright and spacious apartment (115m2), 700 meters to the main train station and 500 meters to the city center, very central and quiet with a south side balcony and a wonderful view to the mountains and a green courtyard.
Everything you would like to reach is within a short walk´s distance : The Old City and Main Train station, the University, the river Inn as well as numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
The flat itself is newly renovated. It is located in the 2nd Floor of a monumental house. The rental area (115 m2) includes 2 spatial suites, a modern bathroom , and a sunny kitchen with a Balcony. Each of the 2 suites is 40 m2, and consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a double sized bed and a living room with a sofa. (the pull-out Futon-sofa in suite 1 can function as an additional double-bed).
This whole apartment is perfect for 1-6 people and can host up 8 persons. For a 7th and 8th guest a sofa will be prepared as an extra bed for 2 people in the living room of suite 2. (please see detailed photos of suite 1 & suite 2)
There is a closable door between the 2 rooms in suite 1 and no closeable door in between the 2 rooms in suite 2.
Internet and television is provided.
Fresh towels and sheets are included. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics like plates, cups and cooking pans. There`s an espresso coffee-machine, washing machine, oven and a large fridge. If you use the kitchen for cooking , please clean the kitchen and the dishes before you check out.
A tramway and bus stop is right around the corner. It will take you to Bergiselschanze (famous ski jumping hill), Olympic Village Igls, Lake Lansersee, Ski-resort Axamer Lizum or even directly to the Stubaital valley. The Bus Terminal "Marktplatz" , from where you can get directly to Nordkette (the Snowboarders’ Paradise) is down the street.
The Bus F that is coming directly from the airport stops in the next street (Station Bürgerstrasse).
You will not need your car to get around - you can leave it at a long-term parking lot located 2 min away from the house (10€/24Hours) in Fallmerayerstrasse 11 or you can park the car in front of the house and pay hourly-wise.

One the city’s best Konditorei "Cafe Valier" (traditional cake shop) is just next door.

Mr. Weiser was very easy to reach, friendly and easy going about our time of arrival and all other details of the trip.
The apartment is huge and perfect for big groups like ours. Although there is only one bathroom, the toilet and the shower are separate, which is very convenient. It also has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy yourself on warm days.
The property is located in a 10min walking distance from most of Innsbruck main attractions and the university, providing a perfect place for trips of work or pleasure
Our week in Innsbruck was one of the best weeks we’ve ever had. Made only better by a fantastic apartment and host for the week. E was a great host, easily contactable when we had an issue and things were solved quickly! We were let in by a neighbour, who was also lovely, and the apartment was a great base for our time in the city. Incredibly spacious, with everything you could need. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook our own food a couple of nights, it was spot on for what we wanted to do. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping street, with a supermarket just along the road. One thing that we loved most, was the balcony. Watching the sun set in the Alps from the balcony was a nightly occurrence. A fantastic central apartment, with a great host, thanks E!
This was an excellent place to stay! The apartment was spacious and very clean; it is centrally located (only a few minutes walk from the city's major attractions); and it was easy to make arrangements with the host. I can highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a place to stay in Innsbruck.
This is a really wonderful flat very close to the main attractions in Innsbruck. Close to bakery and supermarkets. Cheap parking for 10€/day available just round the corner. Check-In was smoothly as agreed.
The style of the flat is really very nice, but excellent rating has to be massively downgraded by the overall bad and untidy condition. For a price of ~370€ for 2 nights I expected a much better standard.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Weiser lief problemlos und alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.
Auch die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt!
Das Appartement liegt wirklich sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und man kann die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel gibt es auch einige in der Nähe.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Herr Weisers Appartement und ich könnte mir vorstellen, wieder dort zu übernachten.
The appartment was great for all the needs of my friends and I. We booked on short notice but E. despite being on holidays was very helpful and responsed quicky to any questions. The appartment itself was spacious and the kitchen was well furnished with good cooking facilities. It is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from Innsbruck Hbf (innsbrucks main train station) and 10 minutes walk from the river in the heart of innsbruck with stunning views of the alps. Would definitely recommend this place.
