Daily vouchers are included for beach chairs set up for you ( VIP service) @ Bonita Jet Ski& Parasail across the street behind Doc’s beach house! ( a $22 per day value. Umbrella is NOT included) You can also receive ten percent off of any parasailing bookings! Come see how easy breezy it all is!

The space
This property offers a balcony with a view. We are located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and have the beautiful Imperial River behind our buildings . An endless amount of nature and entertainment to choose from. We also include two free beach chairs for every day of your stay ( a $22 value per day) set up for you at Bonita Jet Ski and Parasail behind Doc’s beach house. Umbrella is not included but available to rent. Or you can choose to use the chairs and umbrellas that are in the unit.

We are right across the street from Bonita Beach &Barefoot beach. The names speak for themselves. You could opt to rent bikes and stay close with all the conveniences of grocery&liquor stores, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and water sports adventures all within peddling distances. If you have a vehicle you are close enough to visit Lovers Key State Park , Ft. Myers Beach , Naples, Sanibel & Captiva. Day trips to Miami and the Everglades are most certainly possible. SWFL offers you a plethora of fine dinning to casual bars, unique boutiques and out door malls, a vast amount of golf courses and an array of nature in between. Our condo is on the Imperial River right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Make sure to look for manatees and dolphins on either side!
