Tokyo Disney Resort is a 17-minute drive. You can go back and forth in a short time using a taxi. And, it is approximately 30 minutes from the nearest station if you use transportation (bus).
If you like Disney please stay by all means!

It is a 13-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Tozai Line "Minami Gyotoku Station".
I think I can go to Tokyo Disney Resort by taxi (car).
You can go from the apartment in about 15 to 20 minutes. You can go from around 2,000 yen to around 2,600 yen.
Also, you can use transportation.
From the apartment, walk to Minami Gyotoku Station and take the Keisei bus to Shinurayasu Station.
From there you can go to Maihama Station on the Keiyo Line. Tokyo Disney Resort is close from Maihama Station.
The last flight of Keisei Bus from Shinurayasu Station to Minami Gyotoku Station is around 23:00.

There is a 100 yen Lawson on the first floor of the apartment.
There is Seven-Eleven on the other side, so you won't have to worry about late-night meals.
