I had a lovely time in Westport. Ruth was really friendly and welcoming and the bedroom was really cosy. A real plus is the fact that Ruth has bikes - I borrowed one and went off cycling for the day. I'd really recommend a visit to Westport!
Ruth war sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit, sie hat mich sehr freundlich erwartet. In ihrer Küche war alles da fürs Frühstück, was man wollte. Sogar ihre Waschmaschine durfte ich benutzen. Prima, sehr empfehlenswert.
This stay was a continuation of my other stay with Ruth (Airbnb just split it into two "stays" because I had booked and then added extra days). See my previous post about staying at Ruth's - I had a great time. :)
I spent a week at Ruth's house and I had a wonderful time. Westport is a great place to visit and Ruth's is conveniently located - even if you don't have a car. Ruth is a great host - very accommodating and considerate - and makes sure you are well looked after. Breakfast provisions are excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed using the bikes that Ruth so kindly provided. I would both recommend this AirBNB and would visit again. Thank you, Ruth!
Immer wieder.

Ruth, very kindly, picked me up from the train station, & proceeded to show me around the neighborhood - The Quay area, the local shop & the Greenway to town - before taking me back to the house; she made me feel very welcome, & her home is lovely; if, like me, you like growing your own veg/flowers, then you will love her garden; it is all as lovely as it is in the photos on airbnb. The neighborhood is peaceful & has lovely flowerbeds around the green area in front of the house, with a wonderful view of Croagh Patrick from the bedroom. The single bed is very comfy, with good sheets & pillows; I slept very well in it; it is a lovely, snug room. The bathroom is spotless, with a great shower, which was very welcome after cycling the Greenway to Newport in wind & torrential rain; Ruth was very kind to fill me a hot water bottle for my sore muscles; her bike, that she offers to guests, was a very welcome part of the deal she offers, & is an excellent quality; it made the cycle to Newport in strong winds, very easy. Ruth made fresh orange juice for breakfast & provided all you would need for a healthy, continental breakfast. Everything is easily accessible from Ruth's lovely home, & I would have no hesitation in staying there again; I was delighted with my stay, thanks for your hospitality Ruth:)
Ruth welcomed me into her home. She picked me up from the train station and made sure I was settled in. I had use of the kitchen and living room. The shared bathroom was always clean. It's a short walk to the Quay and about a 10 minute walk into town. I'd recommend staying with Ruth if you're visiting Westport.
