• Upon confirmation of your reservation, we kindly request that you submit a copy of your guest identification through the Airbnb platform. This step is essential to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with Dubai tourism and building security protocols.
• Please note that check-in time is anytime after 3pm, if your flight lands the same day of your reservation morning time (anytime before 3 PM) for example (2 AM same day) I recommend you to book the night before to make sure you can check in once you land right away and not wait in lobby of the building or at the airport. Please understand that the dates are subject to be booked by another guest even if it was available.
• DTCM fee is paid in cash separately upon arrival (10 AED per night) as per Dubai Tourism Laws
• We provide amenities for guests comfort (shampoo, bodywash, bottle water, toilet paper, towels and garbage bag) kindly note these are for one time consumption, if required more, it can be bought from any supermarket nearby.
• Check out time is at 10 am if you need to extend your stay further please discuss it with me once you arrive (extra charges might apply depending on how long you need to stay/the availability of the apartment)
• Treat the place as if it's your own house and please keep it clean.
• Please make sure that you have selected the right amount of guests on your reservation before booking in order to provide extra sheets and pillows and any other needs. (Extra charges will apply if guests fail to do so)
• No Smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. (AED 500) a penalty will be charged from the building association for indoor smokers.
• Please respect the neighbors and their privacy.
• Cleaning fees paid are for one time (housekeeping service) if required additional cleaning during your stay extra charges might apply (depending on availability).
• 500AED Charge for losing-misplacing keys/access card.
