Antoinette was Awesome. We can't thank Antoinette enough for such a easy and delightful experience. The house is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. She is an excellent host.
We had a wonderful stay at Antoinette's. The space is lovely and Antoinette is super accommodating and available for any questions that might arise--though thorough info is provided about the rental so questions are unlikely to come up.
Great house - clean, close to the water and just as advertised. Antoinette was a great host.
We have to echo the other reviews - a great place to stay and hang out and relax. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved eating on the screened porch, sitting round the firepit and with a fantastic beach just minutes away we were in heaven. Antoinette was a welcoming virtual host, in regular touch by text/email and we felt well looked after.
Great place, just a few minutes to the beach, everything is exactly as promised, lovely terrace, fun beach.
This house is fantastic, very quiet and Antoinette gave us a warm welcome, with fresh orange juice in the fridge when we arrived, late in the evening.
Also many things to visit around, many shops (the place where we buy fish is amazing and fish is so cheap !). Beach is only 5 minutes away.
We strongly recommend this location.
Staying at 100 Locust was a real pleasure. Antoinette was in excellent communication with us before and during our 5-day stay. The house is open and comfortable, with an enormous screened-in porch which is where I "lived" when I was in the house. The grounds are lush and green and the neighborhood quiet; you feel far from the main artery of the William Floyd Parkway. All six of us enjoyed working in the kitchen, eating at the table, and enjoying places to sit outdoors. Delis are nearby if you run out of something, and if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, the kitchen is more than fully equipped. Five stars.

I live in Brooklyn, work in Manhattan and enjoy the tranquility of being by the ocean in Mastic Beach. I like that it is off the beaten path yet close to the city, Hamptons, and most of all Fire Island. I enjoy being outdoors and keeping active- gardening, kayaking, yoga etc. I try to make my home a warm welcoming environment and want guests to also feel at home during their stay.
