A really great place to spend a summer on long Island! The house has all the facilities you need to be comfortable. Especially the ceiling ventilators in all rooms were really comfortable. Who needs airco! The garden is beautiful and the location is perfect for touring Long Island. Mastic is not the most appealing place on Long Island, but if you have a car, you are quickly on the two motorways that lead you to the noth and south fork or to New York. Antoinette responded quickly to questions and had organised everything perfectly. So many thanks for a great summer Antoinette!
Our 5-night stay at Antoinette's place in Mastic was everything we expected and more. We had a great stay in her lovely home in Mastic. The house fits 5 people very comfortably and is well equipped with all the kitchenware and beach gear you need. Antoinette was an extremely accommodating and communicative host, and went out of her way to help us with a special request we had.
The town of Mastic is tiny, yet it has a great fresh fish store and farm stands with local produce. It is a short drive away from nice towns like West Hampton and Quogue. If you are looking for a peaceful home base, this is the place for you. We highly recommend Antoinette's house.
Antoinette provided us lots of great information about the area. The discount card for parking was very much appreciated.
The house was lovely, clean and well-appointed with everything you may need for a week at the shore. The expansive & private screened-in porch was a hit with everyone. Location was great too-a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the bay and a quick drive to Smith Point and the Nat'l Seashore. I wish I had thought to bring my bike!
Antoinette made sure to check in and see that we were settled and comfortable. Be sure to stop by Mastic Seafood while you are there-the real deal!
A well furnished, delightful property. A short drive to Mastic beach, lovely sandy beach with super cafe. Antoinette was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to go and even allowing us to use her beach furniture and bodyboards!
le logement d'Antoinette est plein de charme
très belle maison spacieuse et au calme
Although we didn't meet Antoinette face to face , she kept in touch via texts , email and AIRBNB . The house was a delight , after our dubious. New York appartment experience.
Mastic Beach is a great area to base yourself. For a visit to Long Island by car. We visited the Hamptons and Mastic Beach and the very moving TWA800 Memorial.
Wonderful place , wonderful people .
Thank you. So much Antoinette for your hospitality.

About the Host, Antoinette
I live in Brooklyn, work in Manhattan and enjoy the tranquility of being by the ocean in Mastic Beach. I like that it is off the beaten path yet close to the city, Hamptons, and most of all Fire Island. I enjoy being outdoors and keeping active- gardening, kayaking, yoga etc. I try to make my home a warm welcoming environment and want guests to also feel at home during their stay.
