Fotini was an amazing host! She was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Her home is very beautiful, clean and the view was absolutely amazing. You get your own private balcony so it was wonderful just to wake up in the morning and see the view. The area was very close to everything, I was able to walk everywhere. Fotini was definitely more than just a host and she made me feel so welcome.
We were only stayed with Foitini for one night before our flight back to the States. Fotini was very accommodating and gave us a lot of great information and suggested really cool places to go on for our last night in Greece. I would highly reccomend staying with her if you have the chance!
No wonder Fotini has such amazing reviews. She is such a wonderful woman, and an amazing host.
This was my first time in Greece and I was traveling alone. Fotini really made me feel like I had a friend waiting for me at the end of my journey. My plane departed late, and so I missed my connecting flight, and then the airline lost my luggage. Throughout everything Fotini was texting and emailing to make sure I was alright and to assure me that she would be available throughout and waiting for me when I arrived.
As for the accommodations - the apartment and room are beautiful! And there is even a "guest closet" with a few things you might need on a trip... she even had slippers for me!
She's also wonderful company, she walked me to the Acropolis and then we walked around town. She is a wealth of knowledge about her country and a very proud Athenian.
Thank you Fotini!
Where should I start? Fotini is an amazing person and definitely a superb host. She gave me all the detail directions and tips about exploring the city. Greet me with a big warm welcome and make me feel like home. She was even worried about me going out with local friend and kept his number to make sure I am safe. It was very pleasant that we had a few interesting conversations during my stay there, she is a passionate and proud lady with a big heart! I met her mom once too, she is a fine lady too. I feel so loved and taken care of while staying at Fotini's. The location of the apartment is quite nice, 20 minutes walk to Acropolis and I didn't take any public transportation during my visit in old town. The view is spectacular, you will definitely enjoy it especially at sunset. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything Fotini! See ya soon in May!
Fotini is so helpful, enthusiatic, sweat and romantic that has made us just like in home. Her place is very nice, new, comfort and convinient for tourists. And she can always give us useful informations and ready to help at any time for any thing. Thank you mom in Athense!
Fotini is such a lovely lady. She welcomed us with her great hospitality. She gave us many advice on how much you are supposed to pay for a cup of coffee, gyros etc or how to find a good restaurant etc. She is very cheerful and smiley and would like to help you. Her flat is conveniently located, which is just 20 minutes walking distance from the Parthenon. All the amenities like supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc are in walking distance. As you can see from her photos the flat was new and nicely decorated. Everything was kept very clean. You can enjoy a great view of the Parthenon from the flat too.
