The riad is located only a few minutes walking from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and from the Souk area. Each of our double rooms can host one or more extra beds and each rooms is ensuite (toilette and shower) all of our rooms are located on the patio floor or on the 1st floor. The patio area is the perfect place where to relax after a full day in the souk or in the surrounding's of Marrakech.
This nice brand new double room ensuite is very spacious and comfortable overlooking the garden patio and the plunge pool.

Good location and a nice patio and roof terrace. The bathroom was a bit moldy, but ok. Good value and nice staff, a bit difficult with communication as we don't speak french, but not a big problem. We would stay here again.
Marrakech and the riad are the perfect decision you could make! We really enjoyed staying here! Such a nice, clean and bright room and everybody is caring very well! The riad is perfectly located and easy to find! Thank you for all your recommendations and for unforgettable days.
The only thing I would prefere is offering warmer sheets.. But we've stayed in the coldest month-February :)
Riad is in a great location, room was clean and Redouane helped us with everything. Its also very close to the square! but quite calm.
The wifi was fast, beds was comfortable. Generaly no problems. Good communications with host. They also help to find 2 or 3 day trip with good price.
Bad: The room wasn't heated (despite it being January) but there are blankets. The bathroom had no door, only a cloth.
In spite of "bad", definitely I stay there next time.
Tip: The room is locked with a padlock but If want to feel even safer take your own padlock (in the room is a steel cabinet that can be locked with a own padlock).
Good: Fine location in the Medina and the service, facilities and room was good.
Bad: The room wasn't heated (despite it being January). The bathroom had no door, only a cloth and the showerhead was quite poor.
A lovely riad seconds away from everything. While you do not get the attention of some of the bigger lodging options, it is a perfect place to stay and relax off of the busy streets.
Very cute place, pretty complicated to find but the staff at this place was incredible. So helpful and nice. Good value for your money.
Unproblematisches Einchecken. Großes Riad mit schönem Baumbestand. Einfache und saubere Ausstattung. Freundliches Hosting. Sehr nah am Jemaah el Fna Platz.
Overall, I am satisfied with our stay at the Riad simply because it was inexpensive and a very good location.
However, I do agree with a few other reviewers here that the rooms do not look like the rooms in the photograph (they are nice enough, but the photos shows much brighter and newer rooms than actually exist). Also, the hosts were not present during our stay nor did they respond to a few emails I sent through airbnb to get more specific arrival directions (they only responded after I emailed their personal email and then didn't write back when I had additional questions). "The Red One" who seemed to be left in charge was around a few times - but generally no one was there and it felt like we were left to figure things out on our own or from others staying at the place. For instance, many were confused why there were no towels anywhere, which I only knew, from the airbnb fine print, that they weren't provided.
The place definitely feels like a hostel (and I guess is also available on (website hidden), but I don't know if the rates are different there) more than other airbnb stays we've had. For instance this place can be loud at night (i.e. a group of people drinking and smoking outside our room).
Overall, I recommend staying here if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in a good location (not necessarily a good value though) - but look somewhere else if you're looking for personal service and/or some towels.
