Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

The space
The West Wing is a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy picturesque views of Lincoln Lake while enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The house is totally private, we live on one side and you would be staying in the west wing. Go on a fun outing to the State Park or downtown. Float down the river at the state park or go on hike. House is a wing of our house, and it is totally private and has its own separate entrance.

Other things to note
Please remember that this property is non-smoking. No smoking is aloud on these premises.
We are a family neighborhood. Please respect the families by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. Please no music outside on the property at anytime. Enjoy the sound of the wilderness and the laughter around you.
We respectively request that no pets are permitted on the premises.
Please remember that this is a neighborhood and that there are no parties allowed unless you have ask for permission in advance. You are allowed the number of people that are on your reservation only on the premises.
We kindly ask that you are checked out by 11:00 AM, so that we may have time to ready the place for our next guests.
Please remember that all dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher or they should be cleaned and put away.
**We will need to enter the hot tub room once a day to maintenance. We only enter if we see that your car is gone and you are out and about for the day.

We are located in the perfect spot, close to town and all the activities and just around the corner from the State Park with all the nature you could ask for. The house is located on a beautifully wooded acreage in a neighborhood setting. Ludington offers many things to do, such as: go to the beach, go kayaking or canoeing, White Pine Village, take a walk out on the break wall and visit our lighthouse, get ice cream at House of Flavors, watch the LMC Badger go out, go to the Amber Elk Ranch, go shopping downtown Ludington, visit Pentwater for more shopping, on a calm day get up early and kayak out to lake Michigan, go play Frisbee golf off Jabavy, visit the water front park at the end of S. William St., Go sample local wines at Love Wines, sample some of the local beers at three different breweries, visit the children's museum, float down the river at the state park, go to the Maritime Museum, check on the new children’s climbing park at the end of the state park and much more.

My husband and I love Ludington. It is beautiful all year around and has so much to see. We enjoy swimming in Lake Michigan in the summer, cross country skiing in the winter and hiking in the State Park all the time.
