We invite you to come and experience our special place in paradise at Hale Kamaole. Our unit is garden level with a fantastic ocean view and just steps to the pool. We think it’s the best location in the complex!

When you enter our apartment your jet lag and stress will melt away. Our unit has been beautifully renovated from end to end. Custom maple doors and cabinetry throughout the condo creates a warm and comfortable feel.

The updated kitchen includes beautiful granite counters with a custom tile back splash. It is equipped with everything you need to create the simplest of breakfast to a full gourmet dinner! The tiled bathroom has an easy step in shower and lots of fluffy towels! The bedroom has a king size bed and boasts a 32” flat panel television with built in DVD. The bedroom also has air conditioning.
For additional guests, there is a new hide a bed sofa or a pull down Murphy bed. All bed and bath linens are provided for your comfort.
We have a 48” flat panel in the living room with cable programming and a Blu Ray DVD player. You’ll also find an ipad/iphone docking station. We also offer free local and long distance phone service to the US and Canada.
Your private lanai looks out to the ocean and lush interior of the complex. The upper swimming pool and bar-b-q area are both just steps off the lanai. Your lanai offers comfortable indoor / outdoor living to relax, have your meals or enjoy cool drinks while watching the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.
We also have your your beach gear covered including, beach chairs, mats, umbrella, cooler and beach towels.

Hale Kamaole has 2 swimming pools and a full size tennis court. The beautiful Kam III beach and park is right across the street.

Our South Kihei location boasts some of the most beautiful and accessible beaches on the island. World class golf is just minutes away. And you’ll find great shopping and dining all within walking distance. With the average temperature of 80 degrees, very little rain and what seems like 360 sunny days a year, Kihei, Maui is one of the most popular vacation destinations.

And to ensure that everything goes as planned. Rosalie and Chris with Owner Direct Property Management are on-island and just 5 minutes away. They are happy to help with any problem or question you might have.

During the holiday season between December 20th and January 5th we require a minimum stay of 12 nights or more.

We would like you to know that the nightly rate includes the 13.42% State of Hawaii GET and TAT taxes.

  • Very nice accommodation. Well supplied for just about any activity, easy walking to the shore path and a few nice beaches, but away from traffic noise, good neighbors. We especially enjoyed the tributes to the sunset which come nightly from the park below. If we ever get back to Maui we will definitely stay here again!

  • Great location - right in front of a really good beach. We walked there with the kids and it was easy and convenient. The condo has great amenities and it was comfortable for us (we are a 2 kid 2 adult family). There were plenty of beach chairs, snorkels etc. for us to use at the beach and the Kihei shops were all close and within walking distance. Chris and Rosalie were great. Very responsive and they came by to say hello during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Everything was as described or better! We loved our condo and the location was just perfect. If you are on the fence, hop over it and book it! This is the way to see Maui.

  • The condo was very nice, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, condiments, etc. The parking was easy and convenient. It was great to have the bamboo mats and the boogie board available to us. Overall, an easy and relaxing time and I would recommend this place to anyone!

  • Pros: The condo is fantastic (especially for the price). The pictures do not do the interior justice. The appliances are very nice and the cabinets are stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a partial ocean view and you are about a 5-10 minute walk to a very nice beach. PRevious reviews mention air conditioning only in the bedroom. We found that in March it kept the entire apartment cool.
    Cons: We have 2 small children ages 4 and 2. This complex is predominantly filled with older residents and is very quiet. Some of the condo rules are meant to keep the place quiet and include: "No pool toys, no "Marco Polo". No playing in the grassy areas." These are paraphrased but if your children are "energetic" you might want to consider before booking. "Our friends who stayed in a condo one building over in the complex got 2 nasty letters on there door b/c there 18 month old cried too much in the night" We did not get any complaints staying in #105.

    If however you are looking for a place to relax comfortably and quietly, this is a great condo.

  • This was our first experience with AirBNB so, as expected, we had a few worries. However, everything worked out perfectly. Rosalie and Chris were very responsive to our questions and reservation request (usually within a couple of hours), the properly was exactly as shown on the website, was spotlessly clean and was very well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, plates, beach equipment and everything else to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We were both impressed.

    Hale Kamaole is well maintained and the property itself is clean and tidy. It is right across the road from Kamaole III beach-park that has good swimming etc, etc. S Kihei Road itself it busy but drivers are quite nice and it is easy to cross although take care with young kids. There are nice restaurants nearby....Cafe O'Lei in particular.

    Rosalie and Chris ensured that the accommodation part of our trip was hassle free and it all worked out exceptionally well.
