I give my guests all the information about how to get to the appartment, accordingly to the way they are travelling to Lisbon, if by plane, car or train. I meet them in the appartment, to show the house and see if there is anything they might need, and also to explain where they are in the city and how to get to the places they want to visit.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Lisboa and Isabel´s apartment in Bairro Alto. The apartment was perfectly situated and we was met by Michael who told us about the apartment and other things that was good to know. The Contact with Isabel worked very well all the way and it felt very good. Sorry that I hadn´t the opportunity to meet her but my mother told me she was such a sweet lady. Thank you Isabel for letting us stay in your apartment and the next time I will bring my husband and hopefully stay at your apartement again.
I just come back from Lisbon and stayed with my family at Isabel's apartment.
I had a very warm welcome from Isabel. We shared a coffee and she gave me some advise for our staying.
The apartment is well placed with a near place where you can enjoy a beatifull view on the city.
I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!
We really enjoyed our time in Lisbon, and having a comfortable apartment in a great location was a big part of it. Isabel was helpful from start to finish -- responding quickly to our inquiry, providing tips when we sent her a note before our planned arrival, providing a couple of guidebooks and maps -- and wine and cheese in the refrigerator -- and offering good advice on what to do and where to go. The apartment itself is a charming place with all you need -- comfortable bed, kitchen, and a roomy living room. Just minutes away from the Miradouro de Sao Pedro de Alacantra (great view of the city) and the Principe Real (Saturday market, good shopping), loads of good restaurants, and many bars and clubs. It's also easy to get to the rest of the city on foot or by public transportation. Whatever your travel style, this is a great home away from home for a short or long stay.
Isabel was a wonderful host! She welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and house was clean and nice. Very beautiful house plus perfect location for getting around in the city centre but also in the heart of nightlife without being noisy though.
Really charming, central, clean apartment. Isabel is extremely helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
We came to Lisbon for a bit more than 2 months and were extremely lucky to get Isabel's apartment! She is an amazing host: really warm and friendly (she even took us from the airport!!!).
The place is perfect for your stay in Lisbon: it's in the centre, only 10 mins from the metro station; in the heart of Bairro Alto - the hood with the bars and most of fun! Next to the place there is a bar at the Erasmus corner, where you can get delicious sangria for just 1 EUR :D
We simply loved our stay thanks to Isabel! We love her! :D
If coming back Lisbon, will contact her again without any hesitation.
Isabel is the kindest person ever and the house and its position were just perfect! thank you for everything Isabel, thanks to you and your apartment it was a beautiful journey and we enjoyed Lisbon a lot. if we should come again to Lisbon, we would come back to the apartment in Rua Do Teixeira
Isabel was great and extremely accommodating. She met us at the cafe by the apartment to give us the keys and show us to the apartment. The place is amazing! Perfect for myself and my 2 friends. I would definitely recommend it! Especially because it's in the perfect neighborhood in Lisbon. Thanks again for an excellent stay, Isabel!
Isabel's house is perfect to enjoy in Lisboa because is in a privileged place, it is so confortable and Isabel is a fantastic host. I recommend to everybody going there. We loved it
Isabel's place was everything we could have wanted: spacious, comfortable, clean, and located in one of the most central and vibrant areas of Lisbon. It was easy to access the whole city, by foot or by public transit. For people who have never been to Lisbon, the neighborhood offers a perfect sampling of all the city has to offer.
Isabel helped us to navigate, answered whatever specific questions we had, and offered suggestions for things to do. She left a nice bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy on our first day, as well as a loaf of broa, a delicious Portuguese bread (one of Portugal's many culinary treasures!)
All and all we couldn't imagine a better deal. Thank you Isabel!
