An elegant and well maintained common stairwell gives access to the apartment from the second floor (no lift). Lower floor: one double bedroom (with luxurious en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate power shower), two bedrooms normally for children with views to the park with high-quality bunk beds that can sleep three adults each, and 2nd bathroom with shower. Upper floor: one study/guest room with a sofa that folds out to a double bed, a WC, a spectacular bright and spacious living/dining room with a cupola, and a large well-equipped kitchen fully renovated in 2017. Free WiFi, smart TV, piano. Access provided to communal residents gardens across the property. One private parking space available at the rear of the property. Perfectly located in a quiet leafy street between the West End and City Centre. Pls note no lift in listed building and no baby gate between 2 levels of flat.

Guests enjoyed the flat. It was very clean and accommodating. They appreciate having someone to meet them, handle the keys and showing around. Amenities were ideal and it worked well.

Thanks for the positive feedback. As our flat is in a listed 1850s building, there are limitations about installing a lift that cannot be overcome. We understand that this can be issue, which is why we have stated this clearly in the description and have also made sure was communicated before the final booking was made.

Fantastic penthouse apartment in Glasgow close to all amenities. Beautifully designed and crafted and has everything to cater for all needs. Great communication with host only wished we could have stayed longer.

The flat was exactly as the listing stated - very comfortable with a luxury feel ... Our hosts left yummy chocolates and a festive gingerbread house to nibble on along with hot drinks. The location was perfect in the arts district of Glasgow and we were easily able to find the 'hop on hop off bus tour' around the corner.

An amazing flat and we felt at home the minute we were welcomed in. It is beautiful and spacious architecturally and a very comfortable home by design which was enjoyed by three generations of our family. The information sheets about the flat and about local restaurants, shops and bars was very helpful. Although we took all our own food and drink, the provisions left by our hosts was appreciated and the welcoming box of biscuits was a lovely touch...which we did indulge in! The flat is in a great neighbourhood and well positioned to move around the city, and it was a wrench to leave!
