Charming, beautiful, quiet, safe, and comfortable 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house (1000+ sq. ft.) with 3 free parking spots, private entrance minutes of driving from San Francisco airport, BART, CalTrain, freeways, and San Francisco. It is also in the walking distance from South San Francisco downtown, groceries, and restaurants. The House has a refrigerator, high speed internet (350+ Mbps), cookware, and microwave oven! Perfect for tourists and business guests.

The 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is charming, comfortable, clean, and private located in Paradise Valley! There are two queen size beds in two upper rooms, one twin in lower room, and two sofabeds that are comfy to sleep on. Bathroom has a shower, tub and hair dryer. Three dedicated free parking spots are on the property land. There is a lot of natural light through big windows! Hope you enjoy your stay.

The house is equipped with a smart lock. That means you can check-in at anytime (even 3 am!) with your code! Let's say your flight has delays and you arrive at SFO around 1 am. You are only minutes away from the house (and a comfortable bed to rest) and also you can enter the house on your own using self check-in option!

- We use everything in white including towels, linens, pillows, duvets, blankets, and sheets. The reason is to assure guests that the bed is clean and fresh. They are washed before and after each group of guests.

The house is located at a strategic location. The house has a view to mountains and it is close to the Bay. It's close to local market where you can shop groceries and eat quality food. It's also in the walking distance to South San Francisco downtown. You can come to the house from the SFO airport and also visit anywhere in San Francisco with an Uber at a very low cost.

- We have hosted over 350 group of guests and we have never heard of any incident in the area.
