Newly built one bedroom attic apartment consists of two separate rooms and can fit up to 5 guests. One room serves as a bedroom, the second room is a kitchen and living room (with fold-out couch and one extra bed). Kitchen is modern and full-equipped (cooker&oven, microwave,fridge with freezer, kettle), bathroom with shower (towels, hairdryer), LCD-TV, DVD / CD, wireless internet connection - free, pets allowed. There is wireless intrenet in the appartment.
Price includes all VAT and tax, linen and towels, does not include breakfast. Parking is possible on the street in front od building (for free).
On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by owner of this beautiful apartment (me) and you will be provided with Prague map and all the other important information to help you enjoy your stay and ensure that everything will meet your needs.
The appartment is located in quiet residential and safe area only 12 min by train from the centre of Prague and all the attractions. Train station is about 5 min walking distance. By bus and metro you can get to the city center in about 23 min, by tram the city can be reached in about 35 min (tram and bus stations are very close - one min walking).
There is small grocery across the street. In the neighborhood there are a few supermarkets, the closest one is 5-10 min walking. Also there are few nice restaurants nearby.

This the second time i rent Jana apartment It was great to feeling like home every things as schedule in time check in ,check out and apartment furniture Jana apartment in the last floor in the rough for that a lot of windows it (website hidden) great for me to stay in house like (website hidden) more than enough for 1 or 2 persons. There is restaurant clsed to the apartment name is u1 milionu the food very delicious and very cheap also. Jana she is more polite and educated .and assist every one .This time I didn't meet Jana she was (website hidden) first choice in Prague this apartment
This apt was great and it looks exactly like in the pictures. It gets tons of sunlight and it was very warm and cozy and clean. It's also very quiet and peaceful. There were dishes and utensils in the pantry which made it very easy to prepare food and eat at the apartment. There was a LIDL grocery store a very short walk down the main road. As others have noted, the city center is quite far. It takes about 45 minutes by tram, which I didn't mind because it was a peaceful ride - not at all crowded - and I could sit and watch the view of the city passing by. Jana was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing to stay.

Jana was marvelous. He was easy to contact, very helpful and made the extra effort to help; even though I was unexpectedly late due to arrival at the wrong train station! The flat was exceptionally comfortable in the old eastern European style. The location is an excellent mix between Bartislava the city for locals and a quick trolleybus or leisurely walk to the old town.
Jana's apartment is slightly out of the city centre but I picked it deliberately for that reason. I prefer to stay where locals live and not where the tourists are. As we were arriving after dark I was a little concerned about finding the apartment but Jana had given me excellent directions and it was very easy using the train from the central Prague station. The train station is very handy to the house and I was pleased to find it is staffed even on a Sunday. I was able to buy a 24 hour transport pass from the office there. Jana was waiting to meet us at the apartment and showed us to the door. It is at the top of the building but there aren't too many stairs. It has been renovated recently and is very modern and clean. Its spacious enough for 4 people to stay and there are great views over the surrounding area from the windows. There is a small shop opposite and a couple of restaurants nearby. There is also a LIDL supermarket about 500m away and I walked to the big shopping centre up the road. We used the tram to get to town and that took us about 30 minutes. All in all it suited our purpose and if you are happy to be a little further from the centre its an excellent choice.
I had a great time in Praha! Jana left me EXCELLENT directions from the main station to her beautiful flat! When I arrived there were multi-language folders about public transit, sights to see and place to eat. The apartment was clean and spacious! From the apt to the train station is a 5 minute walk and from there a 13 minute train ride to the city center. I very much enjoyed the stay at Jana's apt in Prague!
All other past reviews are pretty accurate so I won't rehash them again but everything was good at the apartment. You're a bit away from the city center but it's extremely easy using the trams, and the price is much better than city center apartments. Jana was helpful and communicated quickly. Thanks!
The apartment is spacious, modern and fully equipped for extended stays. It is located in a residential district off the center, so the place is very quiet. At the same time the train ride to the Prague central station is only 15 min.

My stay in Jana's apartment was perfect! The apartment is bright, clean and very comfortable. Great view on both sides, easy to reach by public transport. Jana is a great host, warm and welcoming. I recommend her place any time! Communication with Jana was fast, easy and very friendly. I would love to stay in her place again.
