Bathroom is equipped with a shower an composting toilet. No more than two guests per tiny house. Outdoor deck with propane grill. If you are traveling friends or another couple have 2 other tiny houses available to rent-based on availability. Text if you can’t find the listings.

The space
This Tiny House features an exposed rafter ceiling, upstairs loft bedroom with a queen sized bed. Rolling library ladder, smoke/CO2 detector, and fire extinguisher. The bathroom has a composting toilet and a full-size shower with an exhaust fan. There is a folding dining table, refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and electric cooktop and electric heat.

One mile from highway 43, and Lakeview Resort. Walking distance to Archie's Lake House restaurant. Coming from WVU on Interstate 68 you would drive to exit ten, drive one mile on Highway 43 to the Cheat Lake exit, at exit make a right on Bowers Lane, drive approximately one mile and make a left on Beaumont Drive. The cottage is up the hill on the right.

Local restaurants: The Tropics, 5-minute drive. Ruby & Ketchy's Diner is a 2-minute drive. Lake House--walking distance

State forest: Coopers Rocks 3 miles east on Interstate 68.
