Although this message will sound harsh on first glance but we are very friendly people. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. I would kindly ask you to try to keep the noise down especially when you go back late at night as we have to respect people that live in this development and call it their home. I would also ask you not to slam the front door and hold it as you close. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a dockside development in a bustling neighbour where you can retreat into a calm and peaceful nights rest in a warm and cosy setting. It is a full 1 bedroom flat with a real double bed , wardrobe and bedside table. The reception/living room comprises of a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. *Mobile SIM cards (which needs to be top up) are provided if required*
Washing Machine, Dishwasher and all cooking utensils are provided.
There is a 24 hours concierge where the keys can be collected from if I am at work. There is also a free residents gym and sauna.
Interaction with Guests
I try to provide my guest with as much information as possible and will be willing to give any advice within my knowledge. I also try to meet my guests if possible but I do have a demanding work schedule but is still willing to help with any queries.
The neighbourhood boasts several 3-4 star hotels in the area (Crown Plaza, Ibis) and is perfectly located beside the dock where you will benefit from the stunning dock that is bustling with live and character when the weather is good. It also have Tesco and Nisa supermarkets right in front of the development. There is also Japanese, Chinese, Caribbean, Mediterranean restaurant and also the Docklands bar and grill in Crown Plaza hotel if you are ever in need of food.
The nearest underground station is Royal Victoria DLR station which is connected to the Jubilee line that will bring you to central London (Bond Street, Westminster, Green Park, Waterloo) in a reasonable 30 mins. There are also direct trains to Westfield Stratford which is one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. We are also a very convenient 5 mins walk to the Excel centre if you are coming for an exhibition or event.

I would kindly ask you not to smoke in the house so that it is smoke free and will be a healthy living space for all our guests.
appartement fonctionnel et très mignon. très belle vue sur les docks. des avions le jour mais très calme la nuit. communication facile, rapide et sympathique avec Ben par mail. La présence d'un gardien permet de ne pas stresser sur les horaires pour les clés. A quelques minutes à pied du DLR, supérette à coté. On était très contents.
Excellent choice for us = 2 colleagues attending a conference at ExCel next door. Beautiful view from the windows, clean place, ample kitchen equipment.

The listing description was very accurate. The apartment was easy to find and real close to the Victoria DLR station. The apartment was very well equipped - especially the kitchen. Couldn't have asked for a better arrangement for a few days stay with kids. Beautiful location and quiet. It was my first airbnb experience and the communication and fulfillment went smooth and successfully.
