Twentieth century house composed at ground floor level, with three bedrooms each with double bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen and surrounding outdoor space with grass and area for grills and dinner, trees and mountain and village views. This home has been fully rehabilitated and equipped taking into account the excellent indices of material quality, energy/acoustic efficiency and safety, to give guests the best comfort and well-being.
The space
For excellent year-round comfort, the house has a central heating system distributed throughout the house, including dry towels in the bathroom. This system runs on wood (supplied by us) and the recuperator is subtly embedded in the kitchen furniture, standing next to the dining table for an immersive and relaxing atmosphere. The floors of the kitchen and bathroom are in brick and the remaining compartments in stratified floor with thermal insulation in cork. The stone walls were preserved and exposed giving excellent thermal inertia, cool summer and warm winter, the brick walls were coated with special lime-based mass and painted with mineral paint. The windows are PVC glazed with thermal protection and safety against intrusion. The whole house has insulated false ceilings with thick rock wool blanket, with Led lighting.
Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, nightstands with independent lighting, as well as all the necessary linens. For children/babies, we have at our disposal diapers, bed, bathtub, silverware, toys.
The living room has two sofas with capacity for six people, in natural leather. Old safe with key and secret for guests to store their most precious possessions. LED flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with modern furniture, with induction hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (including the supply of coffee/decaf capsules and sugar), magic wand, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine (including detergent), clothesline, springs, all necessary cutlery, dishes, pots, and all towels. It has a table with six chairs including a child seat. For children we have cutlery and toys.
The WC consists of a toilet, bidet, step-free walk-in shower, furnished washbasin, hairdryer, iron (including distilled water) and ironing board, plastic toilets and bathtub for babies/children and all the towels needed for users to feel at home. A first aid kit is available in the bathroom closet. Outside, we have a living and dining patio, with table for 8 people, including a grill, charcoal and matches and respective barbecue accessories. We have another area in front of the house, landscaped with properly trimmed grass where we have a garden bench and table with two chairs in the shade of a Japanese/camel maid of pink flower, where two candle lanterns are hung to give a warm and romantic atmosphere.
