The space
La Villa Bella su Hacienda is a custom built multi-level structure in the style and ambiance of a traditional hacienda pueblo - built by hand - by very talented Mexican maestros utilizing local materials, generational talent, personal pride and an artistic flare for natural beauty. The elevated exterior walls of colorful local rock and marble are selected and placed with precision providing the foundation for climbing vegetation and flowering plants - securing the exterior and providing privacy for the interior hacienda court yard, pool and oasis spa - complete with water fall and Jacuzzi. How about a personal massage, manicure - while you sip a tropical cocktail.
Exterior compound gardens, walk way-ways and cobble stone pathways - with wavering palms complete with coconut, banana and tropical foulage embrace the villa perimeter in natures beauty, tranquility and harmony ...that mesmerizes the senses and refreshes the soul. The sizable community pool and elevate sun deck on the distal end of the compound peninsula - is a great place to socialize and observe migrating whales, dolphins and occasional l manta rays in their natural environment, if you get the timing right. The peninsula point is the location of an exceptional robust acacia tree - and the preferred spot for observing magnificent sunsets and nocturnal star gazing beyond compare.
Villa guests are greeted through a Spanish style portico, flowering vegetation - complete with a carved replica of the village friar and a brass bell to announce arrival.
The portico entrance houses a custom carved door and handmade hardware - reminsent of a rural hacienda villa. The front entrance opens into an expansive court yard , Grand room of the villa and a social area with surrounding patio to the court yard, private pool and Jacuzzi. The social area has a personal bar and beverage cooler convenient for entertaining and small gatherings. The large kitchen, outside food preparation and laundry area are a separate extension of the grand room and social area. The social area has a separate half bath and personal convenience facility.
The villa has four separate casitas /sleeping area complete with full bath, ceiling fan, AC and patio doors that open to the interior court yard. Second floor casitas enjoy a wrap-around patio with an ocean view, soothing ocean sounds and refreshing tropical breeze. Great place for personal time, private anytime and sharing experiences. This place was made for romance!
The villa is complete with a personal host / cook / staff with concierge experience and proven food and beverage knowledge. The villa can accommodate eight adults comfortably and accepts only one party or group per reservation ...happy guests and a memorable experience is our objective!
Guest access
La Villa Bella accepts only a couple or group per reservation. Guests have access to the complete villa and amenities except for kitchen and laundry facilities. All food preparation is performed by staff and daily pool and garden maintenance has designated attendants. The community pool, chaise lounges and grounds are accessible to guests. Expansive beach and water front areas have no restrictions and a commercial small beach village with restaurants is near by / Platanitos.
Villa staff arrive about 7:30 AM and leave at 4:00 PM / Monday / Saturday - half day. With prior arrangement, staff is available for special requests: birthdays, anniversaries,
special events and can arrange fiesta food, pastries and beverage with ample notice and pre-payment.
Other things to note
The front office provides a selection of surf boards, boogey boards
and other beach equipment for a very reasonable rental price. Local
activities and transportation for tourism and events can be arranged
