Eric was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The room was super quiet, very clean and comfortable. The large bed was super soft and comfy. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Eric's place while visiting Boulder.
Eric was a great host. He was able to accommodate my husband and I at the last minute when we missed our flight out of Denver. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The room itself is very large with an attached porch and a great view of the mountains. There is a private bathroom too. Though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed our stay!
My stay was relatively short, but Eric was very accommodating of a late check-in and early check-out, and left clear instructions for getting into the neighborhood and using the keyless entry to the condo. The place was very clean & comfortable—and the memory foam bed was excellent after a day of traveling. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.
Communication with your host will not be a problem at this listing... Eric is often lightning-fast with his replies! We hit a backup due to a wreck on the road into Boulder and Eric was flexible about meeting us when we got into town. The elevator was convenient for the several trips needed while loading and unloading all our stuff, for which there was more than enough space in our room. One tiny downside was our inability to find any visitor parking spot late Sunday night, despite driving through the whole complex and every side parking lot several times until I literally got dizzy. But that wasn't within Eric's control anyway; just consider whenever possible parking and using alternative transportation once you find your spot. It was a really nice-looking place inside and out, and there was everything we could possibly want during our stay. The view from the window was amazing, and the balcony access from our room was super-convenient and had a nice view too. The bed was comfy and the room itself is quite large and quiet. There were tourism brochures on the credenza and some cool books to look at too. The bathroom was really pretty, and the shower was nice. The kitchen was well-appointed and he let us use fridge/freezer space for our stuff. Oh, and the carpet was so soft and comfortable underfoot! His housemate was really friendly too, but they also respected our space. I really enjoyed the visit. If I didn't hate the cold so much, I would still be there right now. :-) It was a great stay!
The place was comfy and very cozy. I loved the bed and Eric was very sweet in answering my questions. You'll like it!!
I was a little nervous about staying in a smaller place with the host there, but Eric put us immediately at ease. We arrived at 10:30pm and he was there to greet us as he said he would be. The room and space was as described and we felt that we had plenty of privacy. This was perfect for us, very economical, clean, in a great location. Thank you Eric!
Eric is really great host, hilarious, and really helpful. He gave great recommendation and was very warm and welcoming. I would totally stay there again.
