Looking to rent out ASAP! Move in as early as June 4 and stay as long as mid-August. MBA Student renting out my furnished one bedroom apartment close to Duke's East Campus near 9th St. <1 mile to East Campus, ~2 miles to West Campus. Restaurants, yoga, grocery stores, etc. all walking distance.

Looking for a full summer sublet. Rental requires application approval through rental office.
