The space

When you stay at this cute apartment studio you will have your own keyless entrance.
The apartment is by the old historic railroad, but it has been closed, so there is no train traffic at all, in fact it has been converted into a bicycle and walking trails that connect the West Wetlands park to other parks and Old downtown.

Enjoy the evenings or the mornings at the back patio with some string lights and your favorite drink. sometimes you might hear some of the birds from the park next door.

In the bedroom you have a comfy Queen size bed, dresser and an armoire plenty of storage for either a short to a long stay.

The full bathroom has good water pressure a tub and a shower,
hairdryer, plenty of towels and full size shampoo and body wash.

parking is limited to 1 car per booking/apartment, there is plenty of parking on the street for your visitors.

At the park you can enjoy seeing all kind of Ducks, geese and other birds.
You will find some of the locals fishing at the park's pond.
The Colorado River is few hundred yards away from the studio an easy walk.

Where you’ll be

Yuma, Arizona, United States

Most people that visits Yuma are either winter visitors or they are going to Mexico to take care of their medical needs.
Yuma has lots to offer weather is winter or summer.
This location is ideal because the main attractions are within 1 to 2 mile radius you get restaurants, the Yuma Palms Regional Mall.
Also is near the exit to I-8 Interstate.
The Colorado River is per se right at your back yard!
Yuma Territorial Prison Museum is about 2 miles from the apartment.
Gateway Park is also within a walking distance.
All kind of restaurants and wine tasting places AND Breweries in downtown.
A movie theater is on Main street.
All of these are with an easy pace and enjoyable walk or bike ride [1.3mi].
At times over the weekend you can hear some of the neighbors partying or playing music.
The Old rail road next to the place is no longer in service,they converted it to bike and walking trails, so don't worry about being woken up :)
Over all this neighborhood is safe,however we still encourage you to lock your car at all times.
