Lovely 1940 renovated upper PET FRIENDLY duplex unit. Beautifully decorated. Fenced yard to keep your pet safe up to medium dogs! Safe, comfortable neighborhood with nice neighbors and sidewalks for walking. Fully furnished kitchen, living room, updated full bath with rain shower, 1 bedroom, , sleeper sofa, wi-fi, TV, DVD player, and streaming. Well appointed with amenities for your comfort. Very comfortable bed! Garage! Back deck with grill, seating, etc!
